I am responding much better now that my PE actually feels more on the pleasurable side of the equation and does not cause undue stress or injury.

I have to agree with Gprent! I think that maybe you’ve been using TOO MUCH and getting a reactive contraction/strengthening of the tissue.
I suggest break out the pump, and do 15 minutes a day at 2-5 in hg and NO MORE THAN THAT!
Do it for the “health” of your penis, and forget about any gains. Do it everyday and just forget about growing.
I bet that after 6 months of that, you will have found you ARE growing!
If you find you are growing, DON’T INCREASE THE FORCES/TIME!
Do it like you are brushing your teeth, let it be pleasant and don’t even worry about it “working”.
