New to hanging help pls

Hi , Im starting to hang and i would like to know if i can place the weight in the base of the penis i read on the internet that we have more penis inside , im really motivated , im planing on hanging 3 hs a day sets of 20 mins with 10 mins breaks i have plenty of time during night , thanks for your support.

Most people hang with the hanger about 1/4” to 1/2” away from the glans. Hanging closer to the base will stretch your skin in a major way.


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

any pros hanging near the base ? i read on the internet about the internal penis we have inside i thought it was a good idea to weight near the base

The inner penis theory is just that - theory. I’m not sure if anyone believes you can pull out the inner penis, since it is so strongly anchored by your ligaments. Either way, hanging closer to the base or closer to the glans has the same effect. Closer to the base is extremely hard for a hanger to grasp. I’m not really sure how you would securely do it. I have tried and heavy weights simply slide the hanger down.
