New way of BTC stretching

I’m not sure if this was mentioned before (I tried searching for this), but I found a “relaxing” way of doing BTC stretching. It really stretches the ligs and I can only use about 1/3 of my usual weight for when I’m doing regular, straight down stretching:

First off, if you are standing and stretching, just take one foot and put it on something that is 1-2 feet in the air (kind of like you are resting your bodyweight on that one foot). This should cause an intense stretch. Be careful, though. The first time I tried putting my foot up on a chair while hanging 7 pounds while standing up, I almost screamed in pain.

Second, take your bed and move it close to a wall. Lie down on the bed and put your feet on the wall with the weight hanging between your legs towards the floor. That’s it!

I use the Redi-Stretcher and this works out pretty good.

Sorry if this was already posted, but like I said, I did a search and found nothing.

Do you feel the stretch primarily on one side of the ligs, kind of like a OTL stretch?

Yes. When I elevate one foot, I get the stretch on one side more. When laying on the bed, I just get a nice stretch all over. Although, you need to be careful with your Bib/Redi-Stretcher/etc. when you lie down since the scrotum or balls can get pinched possibly depending on everything is positioned when you lie down.

Luka came up with (or at least posted about it) this concept for manual stretches. I use it for stretches, jelqing and yep, hanging. It’s sort of a variation on UTL. Great for lig stretching. While seated, try elevating both feet, say on a desk in front of you, then pull heels to your chest…that’d be ‘the swami’, make you cry for mommi :) .

You guys must have a freakin high bed. With the bib hanger cord and the cord to attach my weights, my stuff always hit the ground.

What are you using for weight? I know when I was hanging it was close but not hitting the floor. You might just need to play with your rope length to get the weights up closer to the hanger. If you using the BIB you can shorten the strap too. Don’t let the weight sit on the floor.

I have the Redi-Stecher and I use some thin linked chain to attach metal weightlifting plates with a big hook/link type of thing that you can open and close (the piece that is on top of a cable machine at a gym where you can attach different handles). Even though the plates are vertical, they will stay 2” or so off the ground when close to the Redi-Stretcher.

Or, you could use your kitchen table LOL.

You do realize that the perfect angle to rip a guys penis off of his body would be BTC? :)

I don’t know how to respond to that Monty. It seems like you’re joking, but the subject is quite serious.

I guess the best I can do is say that BTC hanging has worked well for me, and lots of others guys, and that, as always, safety and caution should be exercised when doing (any) PE.

Yeah, you need to take me lightly. I was just doing one of those perspective things like women who joke about how men get up in the morning and tie a noose around there necks before going to work. I was just looking from a distant perspective for a moment about a bunch of guys who tie big weights on their dicks then pull them backwards between their legs. Over all picture can be rather bizarre

XP you need to adjust the length on the Bib. I hang BTC on my bed with pillows under my butt and legs either on the floor or on a chair.

I tighten the bib hanger strap and it’s still hitting the floor. I’m using a phone cord to attach to my weights (ones you use in the gym). What kinda cords are you guys using?

The only way I see I can do BTC cheeks is if I use my desk which has some good height.

I dont think the pillow thing will work either cause my bed seems low, time for a new mattress.

My bed is 24” off the floor (approximately). It is on a frame (not with mattresses directly on the floor).

If that doesn’t work, you could try a different way. Its an idea, but didn’t think it all the way through yet:

1. Find a stud in your bedroom wall and be ready to put a 1/4” hole in your wall. Make sure its around 36” or more off the ground.
2. Go to Home Depot and buy a pully that has a loop at the end to hook onto the hook, a hook, and some steel wire rope that will glide on the pulley you buy. Or, find some sort of wire or rope that can glide on the pulley
3. Figure out a way to attach the weights to the steel rope or regular rope. I don’t know if there is a tool to clamp the ends or not. This is the part that you will have to figure out since I haven’t tried it yet.
4. Take the hook and screw it into the wall where the stud is. Again, make sure its at least 3 feet off the ground. Higher off the ground, the better (probably).
5. Slide the pulley loop onto the hook
6. Put weights on one end of the rope/wire, slide the free end through the pulley and attach that end to the hanger.

Again, I haven’t tried this, but it would work really good for BTC stretching, theoretically.

Thanks for the idea, but no freakin way I’m putting a hole in my walls..lol.
