No gains, little motivation but the need for a bigger !
I have been around for a long time, I have tried everything including; manual jelqs, manual stretching, pumping, hanging, bib and vacuum, and everything else under the sun. I have seen minimal to zero gains. I have started so long ago that I can’t even remember my starting size so I know my gains have been small if any. Now I am writing this thread for two reasons. I want a bigger penis and I want a bigger penis. I am tired of zero gains, I want to get back into this full throttle (I have said this many times though). I have limited time, possibly an hour of private time a day due to school, work and significant other being home. I have access to both hangers, (prefer the vacuum hanger) and need to do something to make a significant physical gain. Is the time I have adequate enough to make solid gains? Mon - Fri 1 hr a day some days more some days less. Saturday and Sunday off? Any suggestions? A half an inch gain is my goal, doesn’t sound like much but when you haven’t seen any gains 1/2 is where my bar is set. Please help, vets, forum members with decent gains. Any help will be appreciated.
Routine starting today looks like:
Hot wrap - 5min
Vaccu hang - 30 min OTC
Jelq - 10 min
Hot wrap - 5min
Going to try to do this 5 days a week, days I have more time I will add more hanging/jelqing. Thanks
