No gains, little motivation but the need for a bigger !

I have been around for a long time, I have tried everything including; manual jelqs, manual stretching, pumping, hanging, bib and vacuum, and everything else under the sun. I have seen minimal to zero gains. I have started so long ago that I can’t even remember my starting size so I know my gains have been small if any. Now I am writing this thread for two reasons. I want a bigger penis and I want a bigger penis. I am tired of zero gains, I want to get back into this full throttle (I have said this many times though). I have limited time, possibly an hour of private time a day due to school, work and significant other being home. I have access to both hangers, (prefer the vacuum hanger) and need to do something to make a significant physical gain. Is the time I have adequate enough to make solid gains? Mon - Fri 1 hr a day some days more some days less. Saturday and Sunday off? Any suggestions? A half an inch gain is my goal, doesn’t sound like much but when you haven’t seen any gains 1/2 is where my bar is set. Please help, vets, forum members with decent gains. Any help will be appreciated.

Routine starting today looks like:
Hot wrap - 5min
Vaccu hang - 30 min OTC
Jelq - 10 min
Hot wrap - 5min

Going to try to do this 5 days a week, days I have more time I will add more hanging/jelqing. Thanks

Newbie Routine. Stick with that and nothing else especially if you are returning after a layoff.

It seems as though you have very little private time to accomplish your goal, so if I was you I would focus my energy. There is no reason why a newbie can’t start off by hanging, so why can’t you? I would suggest reading up on fatigue over at bib’s forum. Eliminate the fluff, substitute more hang time in favor of the jelqing. If you must jelq then do it in the shower a few times a week instead. Also, try some stealth PE by incorporating piss pulls throughout the day. If you can’t hang on the weekends then continue with the piss pulls and maybe sneak away for some private time in the rest room for a manual session or two per day. You have two hands and a lot of tools at your disposal. Try and incorporate them, when you can, throughout the day. Stay focused and you should reach your goal.

Yeah, and while you are giving advice, tell him to step in front of a speeding car. What kind of advice is that. Let him get into with a less extensive exercise like JUST the newbie. Safety is what we preach here at Thunders, obviously it may not be preached at bib’s forum.

I’d suggest to you to try an extender if you can. You can build an homemade Vac-Extender, or other types:

I’ve never read of a somebody wearing one of this devices for 1000 h with no results.

If you can’t use an extender/ADS, I think you should try doing stretching 5-10 times during the day, at moderate force and 2-5 minutes at time : search, in example, bennet8 routine:

I started a routine where I can stretch and hang and jelq throughout the day. With minimum time I have 45min some mornings and more on other days. I am currently vac hanging, and just built the captain wench and will wench hang as well. I am doing piss pulls and manual stretches throughout the day including before I go to sleep. Jelqing is at a minimum of around 5 - 10 min a day and I am going to take 1 - 2 days off a week. I will keep you posted on the gains. So far in the first week, erections increased and gf said my penis looked big the other night. I guess taking some time off and giving my unit a jump start helped out a bit. This time I am in it for the long run and want to at least cement in some solid gains! Thank you for the advice.

Watch out! Those piss pulls can be addicting. They keep my flaccid long and full throughout the day. My flaccid is (at times) what my erect length used to be. :chuckle: Good luck.

An hour a day can be enough. That would give you enough time for 2-20 minute sets. That’s not bad.

The only change I would advise would be to drop the hot wrap on the end of your routine. It’s not going to benefit anything there. You want one at the beginning to get into the elastic state but after you want to let things cool down while stretched. How much weight are you using?

I hang 5 pounds right now with the vac hanger and with the wench (supplies bought from you the other day ha). Also with the vac-hanger I hang over my computer chairs arm which is cylinder shaped giving me a nice fulcrum affect. I am going to add some more weight starting monday bringing it up to 7 pounds, and also implement the PE weights with the vac hanger as an ADS since I never got good with the wrap always had trouble with circulation. I will take the advice with the hot wrap, do you think I should add ice? Thanks.

That is one of those things that I think it is more expedient for you to try both ways and just see what you end up with for an opinion. I’ve used heat and and I’ve not used heat and frankly I gained with both concepts so I’m actually looking for other opinions. I like using heat but My data didn’t show any differences.

Hey Buddy,

Try a therapy velcro wrap that takes place of a cable clamp. Have you tried that type of PE? I wasted about $300 on a JES extender when I first started. I saw very little difference, even after stretching my dick for 10 hours a day sometimes.. I used the JES for about 4 months straight and stopped because I lost that extra free time and privacy. So I tried the CableClamp. Boy did it make my dick swell up hard. But I just didnt like that plastic around my dick. So I bought a therapy velcro sports wrap and cut in half to reduce the width. It works just as good as a CableClamp and I can take it off even faster than the clamp.

Anyway, I went from 5 inches in girth to 5.9 inches! (15cm) since Ive started using it. Then after the girth gains I started hanging at 6.6 lbs (3 kg) with the swimcap method and I started noticing length gains. I went from 5 inches to 6.5 inches (16.5cm) BPEL! Im aiming for 7 inches BPEL. That would be great.

So in summary, make your little buddy a fat boy first, then stretch out that fatness! Oh yeah!

1 month update. I figure I start updating not only to keep myself motivated but also to keep myself involved within the forums. The first two weeks I have begun hanging again 15min a day with piss pulls throughout the day. The third and fourth week I bumped up most of my days to 30min of hanging with limited piss pulls throughout the day and some manual stretching in the shower. Starting the week I am adding an additional 15 min and bringing my hanging time up to 45 min, hopefully most days, and manual stretching either in the hot shower or bath.

I have noticed some gains so far, have not measured yet, but they are there. I feel as though my erections are harder and fuller, and believe this is the first stepping stone to a solid length gain. I will try to update again in a few weeks. January first is when I will actually take out the ruler and measure. Thank you all for the advice thus far.

I agree with Thunder. Bib’s forum has some very good info, be sure to check it out tnt and others with no or little gains. I have been a hard gainer and with Bib’s help, I have broken the cycle.

I have tried to avoid an all out suggestion to visit another forum. Thunder’s is one of the best, by far! But we are all in this for the same goal, self improvement.
