OTS Hanging need a quick guide

Hey i know what OTS hanging is and all, but i’m not to sure on how to do it, i read a few posts but i’m still confused on how to actually do it, i dont want to hurt myself can anyone send me a quick link or somthing where i can find exactally how to do it… Thanks

1. Click the “search” button at the top right of the page.
2. Search and type in keyword “OTS”
3. Search “Hanger’s Forum”
4. Click “Perform Search”.
