Ouch... vacu hanger

I had a TERRIBLE night the first time I tried my new vacu hanger.

The problem is… I found instructions on how to place the hanger,

but no instruction on how to REMOVE the hanger.

At the end, I had the sleeve STUCK on my gland.

Took me 15 minutes of pain to remove it.

I dad the fear of my life.

Could someone point me to a step by step instruction on how to remove the vacu hanger ?

Just roll the end of sleeve furthest from body up a little to reveal hole and release vacuum.

While the weight is still hanging off the end of it (the weight makes it easier to come off).

1. Release vacuum.
2. Remove hanger.

Is your penis okay now? Any blisters or anything?

ya I had the same problem (Vacuhanger sleeves seem way too tight) I suggest you cut the sleeve so that only 1-2" holds your shaft. Also the sleeves are tight initially so you may want to stretch them a bit to loosen them up.

I’m able to hang about 20 minutes but after that I get a little pain in the glans… is that normal ?

I’d define the pain as tolerable but I’m pretty sure I’m doing something wrong…

I noticed that the cylinder is on the small side, I have to try 2-3 times before I can put my glans all the way in… should there be "space" between the glans and the cylinder ?

I’m new to this vacuhanger thing too, but can get it off OK. First release the vacuum, then pull the hanger outward with one hand and using the thumb and forefinger of the other, roll the sleeve up to the hanger. When there, hold it with the left hand and place the end of the hanger in the right palm, then reach the fingers over the hanger to roll the sleeve up onto the hanger.

While still new to this vac hanging, I am disappointed I’m already having fluid/blister issues at the meatus (tip) even with the constriction sleeve - at only 6 pounds weight.

Yeah my first night I had a terrible experience to I’ve read this post n it did not help at all except the cutting one that is mentioned.my first night wuz so terrible I didn’t cut the sleeve cause at the time that post wasn’t here.so me I had taken out the vacu hanger leaving the sleeve tight on my whole penis even covering the gland I was so scared out my ass lol I thought I was going to be someone who has an injury but lucky after a while I had removed it many pinches but it came off thank god.but honestly it should come with removal n adjustment steps cause I notice my first time that every roll that I was doing while bring it up was making it tighter n tighter.so personally what I think is the best way to go about it is first yes cut some of the sleeve off (I can’t really say how many inches I cut it but when I go home I’ll post again and inform ya) .second once cut and is on to take off make a ok sign with index and thumb and roll sleeve upwards toward the vacu hanger head and then once there if you can put the vacu hanger against something so that you can pull then rolled up sleeve over onto the vacu hanger.if this helps anyone let me know and thank you.
