I have been pumping for a few years with continuous dedication but realised no real gains, except minor increase in girth. After studying BIB’s LOT theory, I found my LOT to be at 7 o’clock. My ligs are very tough and, as I understand it, pretty much maxed out.
I’ve only hung, for one week at 5lbs, and strictly following the newbie routine using my CCH3 (Works very well!) My ligs and skin are still a little sore, after my two day lay-off, but a good sore. I know I need to do more Tunica work but hanging BTC seems to really hit everything (Tunica and Ligs). I agree with Cap “Something has to give”. OTS seems too dangerous, for me now, and from what I’ve read could be damaging.

Hopefully, I have found the right approach in hanging! The best thing I like is that I don’t need to be erect to hang. I’m usually dog-tired after work and erections are tough to get, for pumping or manuals. Plus, I don’t need all that messy lube or get worn out hands.

I’ll be “hanging” around here for quite some time!

You just pumped? I mean, no stretching, no jelqing, just pumping?

No, I was also doing manuals 5 days on and two off.

Few years of PE with no gains must be frustrating. I am surprised since pumping would guarantee at least some fluid buildup. Anyways, good luck with hanging. Make sure you do some time management since hanging can be quite time consuming.
