It took about 2 weeks for it to arrive.
Read up on the wrap, and a few other points that were posted, great info..
Started hanging, 07.19.03, I did 1x20min stretch to start with, felt good, and what a stretch, I don`t think you can get such a stretch with manual stretching…
Anyway I went for a bike ride, as I`m into cycling, went out for about 2 hours, came back, had a shower and then did 2x20min more sessions, all with 2.5kgs of weight to start with.
Man I`m hooked, had an amazing stretch, looks longer already..
Also, all last night, it was thick aswell, I mean really thick, and its still like that this morning 07.20.03. It`s even hanging longer, I hope these are the sign of things to come….

I noticed some pretty remarkable things when I first started hanging. Of course, I did not think it would work, so I was amazed.

But it is somewhat like the stock market. It will go up and down, but the general trend is up.
