Seeing Hanging Results
Hey guys. First time poster here. I have been PEing for over a year now and have made gains with the newbie routine. I was up to 7” BPEL when I had to take a break due to privacy issues and a new baby. Over the last month and a half I was able to get back into a routine. I really found manual stretching a chore due to my hands getting tired so I started a hanging routine. My hanger is homemade but very functional. My routine is not everyday but pretty consistent. I usually do 2-3 sets of 20 minutes and have worked up to 7.5 lbs. Yesterday after my hanging session I measured BPFSL and was up to 7 1/4 inches. I was pretty surprised as I felt as if I wasn’t going to make it past that 7 inch mark. I hope to keep consistently hanging to give it a chance and see if I can make some BPEL gains. I think I will really have to keep track of measurements using BPFSL because erect measuring is tough for me. Its hard to maintain a 100% erection just to get a measurement. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and I love the site. I check it everyday and have learned a great deal from everyone here. Thanks guys.
