Should I ache?

Good job dude that’s a big dick! I just hit 8.25, but due to my girth it looks short to me still =( Anyway .75” to go! Dude you are gonna be huge, you only hang 10 lbs already at that length, I am doing 25 right now, and in another minute will jump back up to thirty, I have to increase up to my max weight slowly or else it kills!

When I do a downward of down/out stretch and start out with an easy stretch, then move into a stronger pull, I feel the pull on the inside/above my unit. I assume this is the ligs, its what it feels like from looking at drawings. However when I hang I feel as if its stretching the skin and actual penis more. After I remove the weight I feel worked in the actual shaft, not up in the ligs.

If you are feeling worked in the shaft, that’s good. If you think it’s just the skin stretch giving that feeling, not the tunica stretching, then you need to work on your wrapping technique. You can combine the hanging and manual stretching.

Well I kinda feel like its both skin and inner penis. I just started hanging a month ago. When I wrap, I use a strip of theraband and wrap about mid shaft. I attach the hanger (captains wench) and then the clamp. I use the pulse method to try and establish the “shoulders”, but when I attach the weight everything ends up down at the head. Its not necessarily that the wrap or wench has slipped, more so that everything kinda bunched up down there. Its like the “shoulders” get pushed up to the head. If this is the reason they’re called shoulders then I should have expected that then : ) The thing about it is my girth is on the lower end of things, so I do have to clamp fairly tight to get a grip. This has meant 10ish minute sets and my glands start to darken. They don’t get very cold, but do cool off. I may just be over reacting but I’d rather do more small sets and stretch in between than damage my unit.

I am only using one layer of theraband wrap. I’ve read of people using more, but I thought this was a comfort issue. If its a grip aid I may need more wrapping.

Wrapping is one of those things you fine tune over a long period; what works well for one guy isn’t necessarily more than a starting point for another. Try attaching both higher and lower on the shaft, try different materials, and amount of materials etc. See what gives you the feel you are looking for.

A little advice on fatigue and the overall feel…

I think I’ve reached a weight at which I feel a good workout in the ligs. I can direct this feelings to the left, right, or middle by slightly twisting (1/4 of a rotation, not really bundling) one way or another or just leaving it be and working with the pelvic floor to find a good angle.

So my question is, how long (days, weeks, months) do you stay on one side or the other? It would seem both sides and the middle need to be stretched to the same degree. If you’re riding the fatigue or one side, when do you switch?

Hey guys if there is fatigue, can it be defined as a stretching from under neath the balls? Not necessarily at the top base but rather underneath the scrotum. I feel the pull behind the balls. Is this correct?

I’ve never given it much thought, and when I was hanging I’d vary it throughout a set, a bit like turning cooking food, until the penis felt evenly worked.

I do think when you start to hang if you’re lacking skin this is normal like in my case. I feel I’ve gained some more skin the past month and it’s mostly ligs I feel being stretched now.

And to the original question if you ache like really ache lower your weight, you probably started with to much.
