Should I increase hang time?

Should I increase hang time?

I’ve been PEing for roughly a year now, so I think that an increase in PE routine time would not be above my penis’s capacity for the workout. Currently I hang for about 10 minutes, do some massaging, then do jelqs for about another 10 minutes. This has been my routine for a while now, but the gains seem minimal. Should I (a)increase hang time, or (b)hang more weight? I usually add more weight every few weeks, should I be increasing it more frequently than that, or do I just need a longer routine?

Increase the time if you have it always.

Yes, I thought that would be sufficient, but I’m always reading about people doing multiple sets, accumulating an hour or two a day. I guess I should increase?

You need at least to spend 1 hour hanging a day.

Wow, I guess I should have read the newbie routine for hanging haha! I will definitely be increasing my hang time, and hopefully that’s all I will need to do to see gains.

Any advice on the best homemade hanger? The one I have now is the simplest one, the one in the guide, its just the tubing that is sliced open, using a clamp and an S-hook to attach weight. It gives a good stretch, but it’s not the best on the cock. I’m looking into the Wench, is this a good choice?

Yes by all means increase your time. As you have found the gains will be minimal and your even taking the chance that your just increasing toughness and strength in the ligs.

Your have had been pretty good gains but the idea to get the results is to, ideally, hang all the time.

You didn’t mention how often or how many days your routine extends over. Watch for breaks longer then 48 hours where healing can ruin your gains.

What I would do is up my weight by 20% for one session, then drop back to your normal weight and continue for 2 weeks then check your gains. If you have none then I would move up. If you get any gains at all I would continue with that weight until gains stop. You didn’t mention how much weight your using or how you measure. All things necessary for good record keeping.

I made a wench today.

I saw cable clamps at the hardware for the first time in oz and said time for a wench!

I was using a choker before then and for me the comfort levels are better with the wench.

I am so happy now I am a pirate. Soon to be a pirate king.

Yea you should always read everything about your new exercise before you do it. I tried to read every post on hanging before I ever wrapped up.

One of the best post on HANG TIME is the 10 hrs of hanging per week thread. Since that is the argument I try to get at least 10 hrs a week. 7 days a week at least 3 20 min sets. About 3 days out of the week I get in 2 sessions and sometimes 3. AM PM is always good. Whats with people not reading about these exercises and just doing whatever and then being disappointed when they get no gains.

Fear drove me to read everything. More then me knowing what TO DO, I wanted to know what NOT TO DO, I only got one dick and permanently cause injury for life while doing any of this PE stuff is my worst nightmare. Fear drives my quest for PE knowledge.
