K, I’ll lay off until that time.

Yes. Started at the end of summer hanging 1 20 minute set X 5 lbs. in the shower to get used to hanging. Did this for about 3-4 weeks and then when school started I began a full blown hanging routine of 3 sets X 15 minutes X 5 lbs.
I upped the weight slowly and added the sweatshirt because my skin was SO sore. Didn’t have the dry, flaky stuff, just extremely sore from the hanger.

I tried but it didn’t work for me very well. Before the sweatshirt I used 2 HTW’s similiar to Xeno’s.
Toolguy - HTW: its a wrap
I tried 2 of these but found the sweatshirt to be more protective of the skin.

5 lbs for quite some time.
Then 7.5
Then 10 on the last couple of days. That is when the problem developed (also started using the sweatshirt about this time, probably a few days beofre going up to 10).

Not currently. I do some very light stretching, jelqing between sets just to restore blood/circ.

Is it possible your sweatshirt material got twisted or something in that spot? Have you tried one of Xeno’s HTWs? They’re nice and because there isn’t any wrapping, it just rolls on like a condom so there’s nothing to pinch. I’d be happy to send you one of my extras to try.
It is possible the sweatshirt got twisted. The more I have thought about it, I think the problem may have been brought on by the sweatshirt, though not sure exactly how.
