just a thought, i was trying to measure my fsl the other night and i noticed that when i pull my unit straight out, right at the point where i meet resistance that my top lig (the suspensory?) is not even hard or tight like it is when i pull straight down so i guess its safe to say that my tunica is my limiting factor right?

Another thing, when i hang btc i can still feel a soreness behind my balls. Is this my inner penis(tunica)?

Well, not very exact. If you pull straight out, that is about 9:00. Straight down is about 6:00. So your LOT is probably between 9 and 6. Guys with an LOT above 7:00 can probably make at least some gains from lig stretch.

Those are probably internal anchor points which means your LOT is probably low. Perhaps working the upper angles will be more beneficial for you.

I thought my lot was 6 but i was doing it wrong. my lot is about 9:00.

Right now I do 7 sets a day of hanging, 3 in the morning and 4 in the evening. of the 3 in the morning 2 are straight out and one is btc. of the 4 in the evening 2 are straight out and 2 are btc. In your opinion does this routine fit someone with my LOT? another thing, when i hang higher than 6:00, the glans gets very swollen. i remember in the past you posted a remedy for that but i can’t seem to find it.

Hmmm. Then you should be concentrating almost solely on lower angles, especially BTC.

No, I would hit the BTC angles until total fatigue, when you simply can’t handle BTC anymore. Then, I would switch to SO for a while until you can handle BTC again.

Is this from blood inflow or fluid? Either way, you probably have the wrap a little too tight. When you attach the hanger, it will make the wrap a little tighter, so you need to allow for this when wrapping. Also, sometimes this happens when you are using low weights. As the weight increases, the swelling of the head gets less and less.

As far as the soreness behind the balls: If your LOT is 9:00, then your ligs are taking the stress at the 6:00 angle, and the inner tunica should not be taking any stress. I do not know why you should have any soreness behind the balls, unless maybe the balls themselves are being affected at that angle.

Do you mean total fatigue for that session or overall? so now in the morning and at night all sets will be btc.

Its from fluid because the skin around the frendulum gets very puffy. I will wrap less tight tonight and see what happens.

I noticed this like right at the end of a set. it intensifies if i do my SO stretches before my btc ones. its like when i no longer feel the stretch in my ligs i feel it there.
