After a heavy hang session (20lbs)I slip on four of the lead PE weights. Total weight is two pounds. You can just wear baggy shorts or swim nude. I do the later, but if you don’t have a private pool just let it hang out the leg of your shorts. Let the weighted dick hang straight down toward the bottom. This will keep the micro tears elongated in the SO position during breast stroke, and BTC for backstroke. Hot tub first, to heat up the ligs, then the pool for the cool down.

I really believe this is what has given me my flaccid gains.

Also, does anyone have tips on how to keep the weight from rotating during hanging? I’ve noticed my dick will twist about 20 degrees or so counter clockwise, and I’d definitely like to try and avoid that!

And, last but not least, is it a good or bad sign that when I do BTC stretching I feel a pull up through my lower ab muscles? After a set it feels like I did a bunch of reverse crunches!

BG, I remember you used a vac hanger…don’t you use it anymore ? I have a little problem with it ,as when I lower the weight my foreskin slides above the coronal ridge towards the glans. I use tape to prevent blisters but I’ve noticed that if my glans are not expanding, I get this problem. Do you think there’s a solution to prevent foreskin sliding over the glans and still using enough tape to prevent blisters?

This is a good thing. This is the abdominal fascia which attach to the pubic bone, and to the susp ligs. Normal.

Much like the other 95% on here, I don’t have a personal pool or hot tub. However I would love for my flaccid to improve. What good is an extra inch of erect penis (besides in bed) if I’m still embarrassed to piss in public because of a small flaccid?

BG - did I read correctly that you took the plastic coating off of your golf weights and put straight lead on your unit? Aren’t you worried about lead poisoning?

Yes. I do strip off the rubber, can’t get my dick through them otherwise. But I’ve always advised members not to do this. The rings I wear, Monty’s rings, are pure lead. There’s no residue and I like the feel of the cool lead. Lead is only a problem if it is ingested or exposed to an open wound.

Here lies the problem. We bang up our dicks pretty badly with PE, so it’s possible you could have small cuts and tears in the skin you’re not aware of; extreme caution should be taken if you wear these things without the coating.

Give it the Old Spice test. After your shower splash a little after shave on your dick. If you feel it, don’t put on lead rings.

That’s insane bro. My understanding of lead is that by simply touching it, your skin absorbs it. I can only presume you have been tested for high metal content?

Yep, and I’ve been wearing these things without their skins for going on 6 or 7 years now, but I make a point to really keep them clean. Warm and soapy water before and after use. In fact, that’s the only way I can get them on and off, soaping up in the shower, especially after a swollen girth session.

Monty once told me that if you didn’t use them for a while a rust-like residue would build up and make black smudges on your skin. Now that sounds like something to be concerned about. If you had a cut, like pinched skin from clamping and that black lead residue got into the wound, you could probably get lead in your bloodstream, but if the rings are shinny and clean I feel they are perfectly safe.

However:
Even Monty warns not to strip the rubber coating off. He sent me a set of the extra large rings, not sure if he sells these, I think the hole is about 2” ID without the coating. For me the coating chaffs the skin, where the smooth metal does not. If anyone wants to reapply the coating, I think you can buy the plastic dip at HomeDepot.

The Vac hangers are great for small weights, like less than 10 pounds. For 20 pounds and up the Bib is the only way to hang.

Sorry for throwing you thread off topic. As far as Swinging the weight, yes. I think it helps, plus it kind of breaks up the monotony. Swing forward and back, side to side and in a circular motion. I even like to spin the weight. Spin it clockwise then let it spin back. I feel this breaks up fascia, and stresses the ligs, however, this may not be safe, but like with most aggressive routines, it works, or it has for me.

One more thing about the striped lead weights then I’ll butt out. I like keeping them in the freezer while hanging heavy. Heat the ligs while hanging, then slip on the frozen weights and cool down in the pool. I can guarantee this will give you flaccid gains.

Unfortunately, school is still out on erect gains.
