The rest days debate.
I know this question has been asked before, but I would love to see some statistics on this. So I have two part question for you. (For hangers only of course)
1. Do you take rest days? And if so, how often?
2. How long have you been hanging, and how much have you gained?
I would like to see if there is a big difference in gains between the hangers who take breaks, and those that generally do not.
