I agree 100%. Like everything one must adjust as you get bigger. I think your length point is valid. I think that BPFSL is probably the best indicator of future gains to BPEL.

I think my biggest frustration is exactly what you mention. Not having a more exact method or formula to calculate the entrance into the plastic region. Funny how that information would be the holy grail of the PE world. Then again nobody alive is going to hang X amount of weight off their member for science. Hope fully somebody someplace is doing some study that will shed light on this subject.

Meanwhile, the safest and most effective approach is what Kyrpa and Tutt has laid out. Kyrpa established the correct protocol with heat and tension, while Tutt laid out the very safe light approaches as far as weight in order to avoid inflammation at all costs.

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

Over the past 3.5 years I’ve probably gone from 4.75 to 5 inches girth, maybe. I’m not sure about my exact starting measurements so it’s difficult for me to judge progress over the years. But I’m right around 5 inches girth now.

I wish I had some answers for you other than up the weight. It sure looks like you are one of the outliers on the bell curve that might be extreme hard gainers. Maybe heat?

Just out of curiosity, what is your routine? One thing that has always been in the back of my mind is using a weight that lets me stay very flaccid throughout the hang. On the other hand, the retracted state, might be a sign of limiting factors failing and the golden opportunity to press on. I’m just speculating, but the last time I hung for gains retraction was pretty common to some degree and I gained regardless.

Forgive me I missed something but you gained 1.8 cm from so?

Your story sounds similar to mine. I over three years mainly BTC and SD and gained maybe half an inch in length. Four 20 min sets a day on average, everyday. Heaviest I’ve went was 33 lbs. For a few months nths was hanging 31 lbs at 10-20 mins a couple sets daily untill I had to reduce weight, aka ride the fatigue. The most length gains I’ve made was hanging so so this is why I’m trying it again bc on ruler haven’t gained. I’ve stretched skin , and almost look uncircumsized ,which is a sign my attachment point was a bit too high, and maybe some base girth gains, but as far as I could tell in ruler no length. So I ve been doing maybe two sets a day, straight out , sometimes three and one of two BTC, and some manual.

I know with heavy weight it can be easier to attach closer to base as a newbie I guess. I now make sure it’s at least middle , if it seems like it’s a bit lower Ive been readjusting to make attachment point in the middle of possibly higher, as long as it doesn’t slip.

How much length did you gain in those three plus years ? Did you attach half way or closer to base? IWhat angle(s) have seemed to cause the most length gains?

Routine is 30 minutes stress relaxation on creep
20 minutes Ultrasound
10 minutes cool down.

No problem with retraction. I believe at this point the wear of an ADS to “solidify gains” has been debunked. One thing is to wear an ADS with enough tension to promote tissue remodeling, a different thing is to wear an ADS to keep the penis stretched in order to aid gains. That is just pseudo bro science.

Bib mentioned his weight range where most of his length gains were made, some base girth, were 18-27 something like that. He gained 4.5 inches. Most guys gain 2.

Analogous to bodybuilders , some guys simple can gain twice as much muscle with same effort, supplements , training, sleep, recovery that another guy does.

I think he said 17.5-22-.5 was his range. I know I am the “most guys gain 2” category. I never went beyond 21.5 LB. That is why I am thinking of testing my limits. Just need to get motivated.

The stress relaxation on creep is the part where you build up from .1Mpa to .17 Mpa, correct? How are you increasing the load? The 2o minutes under ultrasound is when you add the 25% more weight, correct? Or is that during the cool down?

I never found ADS to be practical. It might work for somebody that stands all day but I sit too much so it never was practical. I also believe it is bro science but that is only my opinion.

Yes. Not sure if it’s outstanding . No refunds so could be troublesome, esp if breaks or those adjustments to 25 lbs malfunction.

How much time have you put in hanging? Stea? Time per set?

Which hangers? Which angles?

What length gains have you made?

lately I’ve been doing infrared pumping and it seems to be working

My penis is extremely strong however. Like I said, 37.5lbs didn’t fatigue my penis. It just hurt at the attachment point. I’m a bodybuilder, 240lbs with abs, very strong, and I can easily produce 100lbs plus of force with manual stretches. My penis handles that force fine.

I had a metal shop make it for me for about $90. It works and is better than a pulley system under a desk. You do have to put twice the weight to get the correct tension. In other words if your hanging 10 LB normal you will put in 20 to get that same effect. The bellow image is the one I had made.

Full disclosure, I like hanging BTC so I used it very little.
