Yes. Not sure if it’s outstanding . No refunds so could be troublesome, esp if breaks or those adjustments to 25 lbs malfunction.

I had a metal shop make it for me for about $90. It works and is better than a pulley system under a desk. You do have to put twice the weight to get the correct tension. In other words if your hanging 10 LB normal you will put in 20 to get that same effect. The bellow image is the one I had made.

Full disclosure, I like hanging BTC so I used it very little.

TNT system has some kind of adjustable weight where you adjust it he said it can go up to 25 lb.

Bigger p scroll up I quoted and asked you some questions if you don’t mind trying to learn all I can and interview people that maybe similar to me and I can benefit from

Which hangers? Which angles?

What length gains have you made?

A little over 2 years. I have done 9 months, 7 months, 5 months, 4 months with breaks between.

4-6 sets. I try to get in at least 4 sets a day when hanging. 20 minutes per set. 98% of the time either BTC or straight down while standing. I say 2% straight out.

2 inches in gains.

My penis is extremely strong however. Like I said, 37.5lbs didn’t fatigue my penis. It just hurt at the attachment point. I’m a bodybuilder, 240lbs with abs, very strong, and I can easily produce 100lbs plus of force with manual stretches. My penis handles that force fine.

Same story here. I’ve had my greatest gains with hanging, in fact 1” in 6-7 months to be precise. I decided to quit hanging for now due to the exact same problem like you have: There isn’t much fatigue in penis, but there is lots of pain at the attachment point. I don’t know what causes the pain but it is a bummer. Has any of you gained much from pumping by the way?

In my personal experience, gaining now 2” with photos posted showing the first 1.5” gain, low weights with longer times and using an ADS, further increasing the time under tension, is what creates gains. I do not think high weights with low time will do much for you but toughen the shizz out of your penis. Low weight, high time under tension for the win!

What do you consider long time? Also, what do you consider low weight?

Can someone help me find a good link to tutts thread? Sorry, tried search and nothing shows up

Can you provide some references to support your statement?

Is this the same concept as healing under tension?

Thank you bro!

For example, let us exaggerate things in order to understand the point. A penis that is 5 meters (500cm) long in BPFSL, will see little to no effect by having 4kg of tension. But a penis that is only 10cm in BPFSL, will suffer severe inflammation from those 4kg of tension.

Can you provide some data to support your statement that increased length requires increased tension?

Stress is defined as force per surface area. Strain is deformation due to that force.

So I can see some possible relation between girth (cross sectional area) and force required to produce deformation.

However length does not enter into that equation at all.

And as others have mentioned there are so many other factors - tunica vs ligaments, collagen strength, etc. - that one must be careful to correlate diameter with force. There are standardized numbers for things like metal bars, but these are basic shapes of specific homogeneous materials with specific known and tested behaviors.

What supports this 100% agreement that length is a factor?

I believe that for every inch you get in length you will achieve a quarter inch in girth. So your point would be valid if you never achieved any girth gains while getting longer. In my case while I did not do any direct girth work I did achieve that extra girth.

It is normal ! The cell division will surely add girth as well. Not targeted girth
