I’m looking to purchase some additional Theraband as part of my TotalMan hanging and extending routine. I was wondering if anyone knew what resistance band is used. There is a wide range available.

I can see myself going up to 10-13lbs.
However, TM uses the Therabands just as a wrap, so I fail to recognize if the weight would matter. Sort of for slippage protection.

This is good to know. I’m colorblind so I wouldn’t be able to tell, that’s why I asked about the resistance. However, Theraband doesn’t have a dark blue that I can see.

Then I’m going to go with black. I thought it was a very dark blue but the blue they have is more of a royal. I guess. So black, I can’t find the thickness.
In the text (on Amazon), it says 7 lbs. So thanks for your help, btw.

Seems like TM ships more than one type, so realistically any type of Theraband will do … you just have to size it accordingly.
