Trying to find a Vacuum Hanger/ads/extender

I not too long ago came across a site selling what looked liked a really solid and good value all in one where you could increase the stretch in the extender without limit. From a guy who said he’d been PE’ing for years and built them from that experience. I got recommended it off of here, but I cannot find the thread or remember the site. Anyone have any idea what brand it was?
