One of the thing that you need to do is to pull the skin and leave very little for cushion. This is very important as blood circulation on skin has more of immediate effect than the head/shaft. Your forskin will give out long before your head/shaft - thus need for pulling forskin. Even those who are cut will have some skin pushed toward the head - after a while, this will cause a burning sensation, which is the result of lack of blood flow to the skin.

As for getting it cut - don’t do it. You’ll lose all that sensation thats present in your forskin - there are thousands of circumcised men trying to restore their forskin. Other than look preference, its not worth it.

I wander what kind of hanger you use. I tried many, many times to hang with my skin retracted (glans exposed), but it is OUCH, pain in the ass. I can hang more than 7.5 lb this way. The only comfortable way was by letting the foreskin cover fully my glans.

Thanks for the advice RE circumcision. I am not going to get cut. I’m too scared by what I have seen on the web (pictures of the procedure).

Well, just so you know, Mr. bar is the proud and reputable inventor the AutoExtender . I think I read in a post of his that he is pretty exclusively using it as his sole PE method.

I’m also pretty sure he was recommending you pulling the skin further forward over your glans, to make the skin around the shaft tighter, and not pulling the foreskin back and clamping what you expose.

Correct me if I’m wrong monkeybar, but that is what I got from your post.

When I wrapped, the foreskin was about halfway over the head. During hanging it moves forward a little as the hanger settles into position. When you get the positioning right, skin will strech first if necessary. You don’t want the foreskin pushed forward fully, or you will stretch only skin. Make sure the hanger is on tight enough also.

You need the right tightness throughout. If it’s too tight at the base then loose further up is irrelevant. The swelling is lymph fluid, same as with pumping. It is common and not harmful, but it will stretch out the foreskin. I have more foreskin now than before PE. Some of this is needed to accomodate the extra size, but even with an extra inch there is more. Not a problem though.

How do you know this is not fluid? Is it painful? What do you mean by blood is trapped in the foreskin?

How do you know this is not fluid? Is it painful? What do you mean by blood is trapped in the foreskin?

I suppose it is blood and not fluid, because I literally see how immediately after applying the weight my foreskin engorges a little bit and after the first 2 min. begins slowly to change the color from normal, to dark read and even to very, very dark blue/black if I hang for 20 min. It does not hurt at first just after the 2nd or the 3rd set the foreskin becomes so sensitive, that every touch of the nylon strap hurts like hell.

I use regulary Arnica Gel; it helps but not so much to remove the swelling in a hour or two; I usually have to wait for 24 hours to see the swollen foreskin back to normal.

I meant to pull the foreskin so that it is not covering the head.

Here’s what I do - Pull the foreskin all the way back, then loosen it for about 1/8” of an inch. Then you could do the wrapping or clamping. Make sure you don’t release more foreskin as you are doing wrapping/clamping (its a learned art - and will take time to learn). The 1/8” is strictly for cushioning - if you don’t leave this little skin, it will irritate the skin thats normally covered (uncut guys are more sensitive there).

Try this for yourself - without any weight, 1) clamp with foreskin over the head (really tighten the hanger), then 2) do it as described above. You’ll know what I’m talking about after some time. Once you master this, you should be able to go for much longer sessions.

I believe most of the problems that people have is related to this - skin giving out long before the head. The head is amazingly durable and can withstand many hours of limited blood flow and it will rarely complain (turning cold or color is its indicator). The skin is much more sensitive and it will let you know - like burning sensation, feel like its ripping, etc. This is as important as wrapping technique as it will affect your session.

As mention, I have a big problem with hanger (not an issue with hanger itself as many are using it sucessfully). I just don’t think I’m built for it - just can’t take the pain or have a patient for elaborate wrapping ritual everytime I’m using it. So I take different approach to PE. May not be the fastest or best, but it work for me. If you are not sucessful with BIB, then try Redi-Stretcher - I’m able to use it with light weight when I could’nt do that with BIB.

Hey does penis pains while hanging?ah on third day my adhesive tape pains while removing it and even it pains a lot while hanging so I reduced the weight from 5 pound to 2.5 pound.
