Another possible option is to change the location of the stress. If you put a hanger on and just apply weight and start hanging, most stress is placed at the glans which is obviously causing the trouble. Maybe try lowering the weight and put a traditional fulcrum in there. Another great option that lowers the glans stress is to place the hanger on as normal, apply some tension, and put secondary pressure directly on your ligs. It is similar to using an A-stretch or the like. Using this method I can get lig fatigue in under 10 minutes with a minimum of glans pressure. I’m pretty sure SS4 was a fan of fulcrums.
