Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me locate some vacu hanger sleeves. The ones i have have ripped or are damaged. I tried the website i bought the vacu hanger from but i get no response.

WARNING (Thunder that was only for emphasis, not shouting). Do not send MonkeyBar any money. I ordered six sleeves from him on May 23rd and right on schedule on May 24th he hit my card for $30.00. Now 6 weeks later: No sleeves, no refund and no returned email from his site or from this site. He has great products but he is a flake. I am not going to sweat 30 bucks but it is one crappy way to do business.

I have had only excellent service from monkeybar. Still mistakes do happen.

You might PM him here Purple Hammer; my experience is he’s a decent sort and will try his utmost to make you a happy customer.

I think I got your email and did replied back. Send me a PM with your email address, name/address you’ve used to order the product. I don’t know what happened to your package, but I’ll look into to it and if I made a mistake, I’ll fix it/resend/refund to make it right.

This message is for purple and Joezzee, but because it happens too often with others, I’ll put it here.

Both of your purchases were refunded next day. I put a note with your refund stating that you need to add a shipping cost (step 1 on the order page) and resubmit.

Joezzee - you are all squared and will be sent out on Monday.

Purple - check your paypal, your refund should be in your account. Just resubmit with the right shipping option and we should be good to go.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the ability (cost and programming skill) to have a more sophisticated shopping cart - which is why I put the shipping cost as a line item. Previously, I had a fixed shipping cost per each product, but when people ordered more than 1 products, they were getting multiple shipping charge - which I sometime missed and not refunded. I figure this is more safe way not to over charge shipping cost - but at same time, this kind of stuff occurs.

I’m working on a new (free) shopping cart program, but its hairy, so its taking long time to get it finished (been at it for 2 months, but haven’t go very far - its very complicated for me). Will try harder though.

I don’t have a paypal account. I used a credit card and as of 5 mins ago nothing has been credited to it.

Did you sign up for an account when you purchased the product? or did you bypassed the signing screen and just went withh credit card option? According to the transaction log, the purchase was made on 5/22 and refunded on 5/24. If you didn’t create an account, I thought it just went back to your credit card. I’ll find out from paypal where your fund is - my assumption is that it is in your account (your email is the id) and is probably just sitting there.

Just sent a email to paypal - I’ll give it a day or two then will call them.

In the mean time, go to paypal and try to login using your email id (if you don’t know the password, there’s a link to request one). I have a feeling thats where it is.

I’m not having any luck with paypal. Listen, I love your products and I am in desperate need of some replacement sleeves. How about I challenge the Credit Card charge and start over, I will double check for shipping charges. Let me know if this works for you I don’t want to screw it up on your end but I also don’t want to take a double hit on my end.
