Vacuum As Compression Hanger
I bought an elite manliness vacuum hanger which has been solid so far. One of the main issues I was running into is the vacuum in the main chamber where the glans sits gets uncomfortable when I’m hanging. There a tightness/pressure which doesn’t feel good.
I tried hanging by putting the silicone sleeve on top of the bell except not creating a vacuum. I am still doing pretty light weight, about 5 LBs right now.
Is there any benefit to the vacuum if it’s not helping to hold the weight? My glans feels better afterwards as well.
