Anyone here have any experience with vacuum hangers? If yes, have you have any good gains from it?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Hi guys.

Just one question about hanging, do we have to combine many hanging angles in one session or one at are time? If anyone with a hanging experience help me I would appreciate it.

Hanging BTC puts more strain on the tissues and ligaments than other angles I’ve tried. I start out BTC and may also swing the weights for a little more workout. Then I may switch to hanging straight out using a pulley system.
