Vacuum Hanging, blisters, newbie gains
I’ve been lurking for awhile. This is my first post.
I’ve been vacuum hanging for about 1.5 months with the vacuum hanger from autoextender. I slowly built up to about 17 lbs. That’s when the blisters started.
My routine was hang “heavy” (as much weight as possible until painful) for 20 -30 minutes. Then I’d use the vacuum cup with a bungie cord around my waste to do ADS for 6-14 hrs depending on if my GF came over, etc.
I gained ~ 5/8 ” in BPEL and 1/4 in EG in 1.5 months.
I recently made an AFB hanger, but I can only hang ~10lbs before the device feels painful. My glans also turn dark red/purple. I think it’s okay, but it does worry me. I will play with the AFB hanger more (I haven’t tried wrapping before using it yet).
I just put in an order for the Bib hanger.I’ll give that a try as well.
Question:
Is anyone doing heavy (>20 lbs) with a vacuum hanger? If so, what hanger do you use and how do you prevent blisters?
