Veterans advice on hanging
Hello all I would love some experienced PE hangers to answer a quick question for me . My question is I know when starting out you hang SD/BTC my question is do I do both at the same time for example one day SD at 5 lbs, then next day 5 lbs BTC? Or would I focus on BTC for a month then before going up in weight make sure I did SD for a month at the same weight. Hope this isn’t to confusing just want to make the most out of my gains.
