Hello all I would love some experienced PE hangers to answer a quick question for me . My question is I know when starting out you hang SD/BTC my question is do I do both at the same time for example one day SD at 5 lbs, then next day 5 lbs BTC? Or would I focus on BTC for a month then before going up in weight make sure I did SD for a month at the same weight. Hope this isn’t to confusing just want to make the most out of my gains. Thanks all in advance!

Honestly, there isn’t going to be so much difference in the tissues you are hitting SD v BTC. Personally I would do SD one day and BTC the next. Others may do it differently, but it really won’t make much difference.

If you are a newbie, do the newbie routine until you no longer get gains from it, then exhaust other manual methods, before you start to hang, if you want to maximize your gains.
