I doubt it’s the sets because I do 3 hours a day minimum. With 15 lbs. I get the feeling of “have to take it off now” on the sets but it’s so bearable that sometimes I do 30 minute sets, simply because, I don’t cut off to much circulation i.e. my penis doesn’t get too cold.
I’ll try significantly upping the weight to maybe 20lbs for a day. I’ve reached 18 before but I’m taking the approach of sticking to one weight for a minimum of one month before increasing so that I am sure I’ve completely maxed out gains at that particular weight.
Maybe I’ve found the perfect wrap technique for me. Either way, it’s making it possible for me to do my 3 hours minimum a day way easier than before.
