What is too close to the head mean

I am using the Captain’s Wench hanger, and the velcro strap is like 1/4”from the back of the head if not closer.. Is that bad? If so, how do I minimize this?

I thought this was a thread about PE’ing yourself to the point that your dick falls in the toilet water. If anyone can point me to that thread it would be greatly appreciated

If you mean that the upsidedown “U” shape created by the strap loop comes within 1/4” of your head that is okay. I see no potential harm in that - so long as it and the s-hook you use doesn’t contact your glans.
