What Method/routine of Hanging Give You The Best Results

I’m just looking for some input, maybe ideas I’m not sure. I’ve been Doing PE for a long time on and off, sometimes years off since 2002 I think. I have not had much luck with hanging to be honest. The 2 things that produced gains for me was vac fulcrum hanging that give me length and compression hanging that give me girth.

US hanging = nothing
Hanging with fire = nothing

Even though the above has not worked for me I still feel it’s got promise and obviously guys have had gains but I don’t think it works for everyone, I’m still convinced guys with a really strong cord need to fulcrum hang and possibly for longer hours.

What worked for you?

For me hanging with 4 to 5kg seem to work best. Not really using heat as a constant. But everybody is different.

Interval hanging seems to be gaining traction in a reddit group I am in. I’m making great gains with hanging with fire. My first cycle with it I gained 1.5cm bpfsl in 3 weeks. If gains slow down with this method I would move over to interval hanging.

I can’t copy and paste the full routine but you could look it up.

Thanks for the input guys. I genuinely think hanging for fire would work for me if I could somehow heat my penis when it’s over a fulcrum, I’m wondering if laying the heat pad somehow on top of the penis when over the fulcrum would work?

I know I could direct a irl lamp onto my penis but I work 12-15 hour night shifts so I do this on days off at like 03.00-06.00am and the whole room turns red and I’m doing this in a dark room on a chair while my gf sleeps in the bed next to me so it’s a no go. Ultrasound was to much of a hassle and again I’m doing this in the dark so…

Hanging with heatpad means no light, no noise, no awkwardness so wish I could make it work.

Only other option I can think of is carry on as normal but change the warm up hang and cold hang to fulcrum and the heated part as normal with btc?

I have seen the interval hanging and will look into it more I think but bd over at gb always seems to have routines, theory’s ever month and I’m just not convinced by him.

The simplest option is to just throw an electric heating blanket over your lap. If that overheats you you can also try electric hand warmers to keep things toasty.

Mar21 - BPFSL: 6.5", BPEL: 6.5", NBPEL: 6", MEG: 5.5"

Jan22 - BPFSL: 8" (cold), BPEL: 7.5", NBPEL: 6.875", MEG: 5.5"

One Day - BPFSL: 9.5", BPEL: 9", NBPEL: 8.5", MEG: 6"

How does someone vac fulcrum hang?

How many hrs a day on average did you vac fulcrum hang, while you increased length?

How many months did it take , and how many cm in those months, if you don’t mind?

As far as girth from compression hanging was it base girth or girth mid and near head, or all of these? Where was your attachment while gaining girth ie. Just below glans, or mid way or even near base?

This was a long time ago so Its not completely accurate.

1. 1 hour, sometimes 2 split into am/pm. I know I stopped at 5kg.
2. IRL heat lamp
3. Every day if possible, life sometimes got in the way.
4. Not newbie gains, it’s was 3-4 years in after zero gains.
5. It was a pain in the ass due to the lamp, room would light up like a red light distract and neighbours made some comments.

A few things =
It’s the only stretch that allows my whole shaft to stretch tight, what I mean is if I stretch down, so….the cord takes the load and the sides of my penis are soft squishy, not taunt.

My flaccid would always be super long after fulcrums but other angles just caused me to retract.

This one I’m not sure but at one point I was fulcrum hanging with a bib and I gained girth (that’s stuck to this day), it could of been the fulcrum or the fact a bib is a compression hanger or combination of both?

Thanks but I already have a heating pad and it’s difficult to fulcrum hang with it.

But I’m gonna experiment with a thin fulcrum pushed right to the base and see if I can get the pad on. I will use my thicker fulcrum for the pre heat and cold hang though. if I can achieve this I’ll post pics if anyones interested and maybe start a progress log.

Standing straight up, was your fulcrum just resting on your thighs held up by your dick? Or did you have some kind of pulley set up? What angle was your dick making from your body? Mine is closer to straight down than straight out when I vac hang with a fulcrum (pvc pipe).
