What Method/routine of Hanging Give You The Best Results
I’m just looking for some input, maybe ideas I’m not sure. I’ve been Doing PE for a long time on and off, sometimes years off since 2002 I think. I have not had much luck with hanging to be honest. The 2 things that produced gains for me was vac fulcrum hanging that give me length and compression hanging that give me girth.
US hanging = nothing
Hanging with fire = nothing
Even though the above has not worked for me I still feel it’s got promise and obviously guys have had gains but I don’t think it works for everyone, I’m still convinced guys with a really strong cord need to fulcrum hang and possibly for longer hours.
