Quite honestly, Iron, I’m pretty sure no length gains would be limited if you went RSDT before doing BTC. The RSDT doesn’t really stretch the attachment points and deep inner tunica like OTS/SO does. It nails the septum, and if you look at it and think about it, it’s stretching the tunica from a point somewhere in between the head and the inner attachment points, not at a point where ligs would severely interfere with progress.
You do want to stick with one angle though, I think. No sense in dividing your precious hanging time between RSDT and BTC, and if you’ve already made some progress thus far with BTC why not keep riding it out? You’re probably at a point where you want to keep the ligs deforming in order to keep hanging effectively.
I think the 6 or 7 LOT is a good goal for anyone doing strictly BTC. The smart hanger would get there, then start talking RSDT and OTS and all that jazz.
