What's your level of TOE?

What's your level of TOE?

Just wondering what others are using for a toe in/out setting. My front “nuts” are 0.2 inches further apart than the back nuts (toe OUT).

I was having a problem at hanging heavier weights using the zero toe setting I had been successful with for three months. The head was increasingly being covered by the hanger (both bibstarter and bibhanger) to the point the pressure would turn the head dark purple and start to go a little numb. After release that part of the glans that was still exposed (front half) would be bright red for awhile.
I tried many wrapping variations and made sure there was little blood in the head.

After searching the forum I found I needed a toe out setting and this seems to be doing the trick.

re

I had that problem too. I seem to have resolved it by using some toe out and using a double theraband wrap. It seems to grip more than the shaft than where the knuckles on the bib hanger are, by using a double wrap. I actually start with 1 wrap for my first set . And then for my next set when I move up in weight, I double wrap over the first wrap so I now have two theraband wraps on and can then hang heavier weight. Hope this helps.

John

Ok now,

I can see 3 threads in between the nuts up front and 6 threads in between the nuts in the back.

Whoa baby I’m toe-in man.

Makes for a nice snug fit for me.
