When to Hang

When to Hang

I’m thinking about incorporating hanging into my routine. Is it better to hang before or after a pumping/clamping routine?

Also, does hanging help with mid shaft girth? Or just the base?

Thanks for all the input! But, I plan on keeping up my regular routine stretching, clamping, and pumping, and then maybe some light weight hanging. Starting out slowly and working up to 30 maybe 60 minutes max.

Should I start the routine with hanging, or end it with hanging? Not sure which would be most beneficial.

If it will be at all. Also, if I like it can you hang everyday? Or is it like every thing, just see how my dick responds?

My advice if you are going to hang, just hang. Don’t add clamping ( girth focus) to hanging which is a (length focus) don’t add pumping because your Erection quality will drop fast. Focus on hanging. Over the years I have learned 2-3 sets at 20 mins is what works for me. I gain 1/8 to 1/4 inch each time I focus on hanging. Stay at low weight as long as you can. Focus on between the cheeks or straight down hanging. I have made most of my gains from 3-5lbs. I tried hanging in the 10lb to 15lb but for me the gains to damage wasn’t worth it. My ligs got stronger faster at the heavier weight. I took six month off, and now I hang the way I am. I determine my rest days based off how easy I get an erection and my flaccid size. Some days it’s two days some days it’s less. I hang two days in a row. I am new to posting but have been doing penis enlargement for 8 years

Thanks! I will listen to your advice. I actually tried hanging the other day, for the first time ever, after my regular routine. It was only 1lb., for like 15 minutes. I really liked feeling the stretch. But, my EQ was horrible the rest of the day.

So, maybe someday I will try a hanging only routine. But for now, I will stick with what I’m doing.

If you’re going to try both, pump after you hang, If I pump and I’m all swollen, it’s tougher for me to get my hanging attachment on. Plus, I think it would be better to get more blood in there after a long hang with impeded blood flow. And yes, of course you’re EQ is going to be bad the rest of the day. I’m not quite sure why people think if your EQ goes down, you’re always doing something wrong. If you go to the gym and do a heavy arm work out in the morning, and then try to do anything that requires arm strength later in the day, you’re going to have difficulties. Why? Because your muscles and ligaments are tired, torn, and exhausted. There’s no reason to think that PE is going to be any different. Now, if you lay off for 2 days and find that you still have problems, then you might be doing too much. That’s why it’s often recommended to work recovery days into your schedule.

Thanks! Your theory makes complete sense. I think, I might try hanging for the same amount of time, that I do manual stretching in my routine. After warmup, the first part of my routine is manual stretching. Hanging is basically the same thing, but much more consistent/ no breaks.

Hanging is my primary PE-method and I tried adding secondary methods like pumping, noose extender like JES, and jelqing, all these methods affected my hanging routine in a pretty bad way (extra pain, edema etc).

Combinations that work pretty well for me are manual stretches after hanging (stretching while in hang-fatigue is extra effective IMO, I also add heat during this), and/or VAC extending (I use Phallosan forte) after hanging also works pretty well. VAC-extending also reduces the edema from the hanging session (I have a compression hanger) which is a great positive side effect.

Another thing I suggest is make an all day stretcher. I made mine out of the capt wench, and I use Para cord and a cam jam. You can find everything on amazon. After hanging I put on the capt wench, use a knee strap and a ankle strap to make it not noticed and hook to the D ring on the ankle strap and adjust as I see fit. Wear it till I don’t want to anymore.

Some people mentioned that they gained at the base. I personally have not gained at the base.
