How would you do it if your aim was to reap huge base girth increases from hanging?

Im about to get a “Male Hanger” from another member. I understand its basicly a bib style hanger.
My goal is to increase my base girth considerably without increasing my length.

I wouldn’t mind gaining some length. I guess its not easy to avoid that with hanging but then again I think I came across some hangers gaining no length but base girth through hanging.

When my base girth increased through hanging I ramped up weight entirely too fast. Though that may not be recommended or repeatable results.

I also attained base girth through sizing up my pump tube width too quickly and using 5HG and higher pressures regularly.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I was reading at Bibs forum and he says that base girth from hanging usually is because you are exposing your inner shaft, the part between your body tissue and your ligs, and this part is usually thicker than the exposed shaft, but not always, that’s why some people gain and some don’t.

Also this part may not be thicker than the exposed part. Specially if your already on a PE career, you may have already increased your base girth to the same width or even more than your inner shaft

That’s intersting! Did you gain length through that ramping up too?
There is theory that high intensity could toughen up rather then lengthening which I would be Ok with as long as I get some girth. Obviously such fast increases can increase risk of injury but Im conditioned and good at listening to my D :D

I had some results by pumping and clamping and prefer a wider tube too. But it seems like Im mostly gaining at the rather stretchy and elusive CS/underside. I think hanging might get me more lasting/hard gains.

Not going to happen. The base will end up thinner than the rest of the penis, given that your penis is not thicker at the base.

I’m pretty sure that your experience doesn’t define hanging for everyone. In fact, many have gained base girth from Hanging. So it would probably be better if you were a bit more considerate of the experience of others before you comment on every thread you find.

I actually started hanging because(and not only) I read a lot of guys reported base girth gains. At the time I needed some base girth as I was fully into clamping which left me with a baseball bat effect. So, I started hanging only to find out that the base was getting thinner.

Now, I think one of the theories explains this effect. It says something about inner penis being thicker than the outer and as some guys have girthier bases, their inner penis is going to be more thicker. In my case, I had banana even like penis and it was getting thinner))

But when you hang BTC or SD you pretty much only hit the ligaments so I don’t see how it can affect the girth. And Tunica growth which also gives you girth is pretty much out of the question. Tunica can not grow IMO. I have a scar tissue the size of wedding ring around my penis’s tunica from hanging and I got it during Bib’s all day routines with relatively small weight. It should have grown according to theories but all I got is a scar tissue. It still thickened my penis by .2” circumference though.


Hanging heavy weights could cause injury if one is not conditioned to such weights. Before you decide to go heavy, you need to go through a conditioning process of slowly building up weights to the point when you feel comfortable. So, please take it slowly and pay attention to your wrapping technique.

I agree with you. I should have added “Not going to happen IMO” so that people wouldn’t confuse subjective with objective experience. But where are all those objective proofs in a properly picturized form from A to B gains. We want more of these but there are none and you know it too. All I read on forums that I gained this and that but still no proofs which also applies to veterans. I am not trying to be ignorant and inconsiderate. I am just a very skeptical person.

Some hangers who gained base girth thought swinging the weights was at least partially responsible for the base gains.

As I said, you are one man. Regardless of how heavy you have hung you only speak for one penis. I gained base girth from Hanging, the brief time that I did. Not anything I recommend but I can see the trend I’m reading the reports of others and my own experience corroborates it.

Feel free to share your opinion but also don’t be offended if it is not found useful. That’s everyone’s right, to decide what information they care to use. Whether you have found proof or not, from veterans or not, gives you no particularly strong stance in being a skeptic. Offer what you can, respect what you observe. I learned that myself.

Simple, you pull on it and it grows. Those guys probably had tree trunk dick, then add that the base is full of ligament and stretches easier , so their base girth did well I think mystery solved
