I’ve definitely been reading this, to follow up on hanging 45 minutes twice a day, however I used to hang a 25 lb about 3 years ago and now I’m down to 10, just to relieve the stress factor, what is the best poundage to hang for 45 minutes twice a day can you please comment

Word of warning: I’m guessing not everyone gains from hanging/stretching nor has the problem I’m about to describe so, w/e, good for you. But I did maybe three light pulling sessions where i barely registered on the sensation “meter” with about a 1-2 weeks between then when I decided to put a little bit of tension into the pull/stretch/hang using this vacuum-hanging kit, for maybe 20 minutes, stopping and restarting through the whole period, I ended up developing a weakened base girth that seems to have shrunk slightly, too. Every time I get erect now, a 6-8 weeks on now from then my base girth feels weak and narrowed. So, maybe some of us just don’t take to this stretching thing.

Goals: 9x7.5(8.5x7.5) --> 10x8(9x8) --> 10.5x8.5(9.5x8.5) --> 11x9(10x9)

For me, I was just about to give up on PE entirely, had a nice girth gain before from 5.5 to 6.0, but length I couldn’t budge from NBPEL 5.0-5.5, I started hanging a few months ago starting at 2 lbs. (June 2017) someone posted a program so I followed it about moving up a pound a week, sometimes I took 2 to 3 weeks to move up, I kept a spreadsheet but measurements back then weren’t showing any growth,. After taking a month or two rest, I tried to start up again. In the last months I’m up to 9 lbs, 6x15mins a day, I cannot always finish it, now with ruler without pushing into fat pad NBPEL 5.85-6.00. I don’t do rest days, so I am perplexed that this actually did something.AND.I made a home made hanger with socks and weights. (I cannot afford to invest any more into any PE devices.) My base girth also measured 6.20 but only for less than 1/2 inch from vertex (where penis connects body).after two sessions (I cannot get that 6.20 again) I even measured in front of my girlfriend, she couldn’t believe either. Sometimes even though I appear to be used to 9lbs, I have to go back down to 5lbs, on days were I feel a touch “pleasantly” sore, then sometimes even go down to 3 lbs and just wear that until not bearable anymore. I don’t turtle, I don’t use heat..

Once my penis appeared to shrink a touch after a session, I tried wrapping an ice cloth around it, and.. It released back without that shrunken look.

So I have no idea about what actually works anymore.

I think a lot of people fail to gain because they do not comprehend PE as a spiritual journey. It is esoteric. Medicine and science are useful for optimizing regimen but that only goes so far when considering the relationship between the Mind and the Phallus.

This is an ancient concept not to be disregarded.

They, Mind and Phallus (both as independent entities and in their coming together in relation) are not only tools of pleasure but also of power. They make change in the world.

For instance, let’s take a look at the taboo practice of Indian Shaman hanging weights from their phalluses. What interest would one have in simultaneously enhancing the Phallus and revoking the possibility of its sensation? Because it is a spiritual journey. Gaining power and appropriating it properly to create change in the world. To imitate the perfection of nature with the craft of ingenuity and reason.

Some want a larger phallus because they feel their current one is inferior - that is, their position in the world is inferior and they want more power. That is a great way to view PE; a view I aspire to adopt. At first I was definitely interested in making myself bigger in order to further please my lover, but the experiment has definitely changed into something more profound. I have found over the course of the last two months of PE that (and this may sound weird) I have a greater bond with my penis. It’s as if it is it’s own entity, and is becoming conditioned to respond to the exercises. This new relationship has definitely boosted my confidence and the way I see myself as a man. Whether I hit my goals or not is kind of secondary; the primary purpose of PE for me is to take pride and make change.

I was curious about NBPL recently. Perhaps when were hanging and gaining length we’re only adding bone pressed length but none is really added to the NBPL part- which is that inserted into a sexual partner. Or perhaps only a small % is added to that part of the penis. I wonder what people think of this?

But really I don’t understand why on average on thunder’s place people gain so little from hanging compared to the studies I read online

I seen similar nonsense written here by someone before. How don’t you see what you wrote makes 0 sense.You can’t add length to bone pressed without adding it to non bone pressed, unless you gain weight and your skin thickens in pubic area.

I’m chubby to begin with and haven’t done much weight loss. I think I’ll make this my priority. I do have a deep fat pad. I do only measure NBPEL because I see a variance when I try for BPEL, sometimes I can really shove the ruler in more than others, so I cannot trust it. And yes, like Oprah always said on her TV show MANY years back, wanna gain an inch, loss abit of weight. :) I’m not sure I will ever become 6.5 or 7” like I want, I’ll keep at it and see. I do find it comical though when my gf says OMG what did you do to it, I can see and feel a difference, yet the ruler does NOT.?

Indeed fat pad and turkey neck are two things that can make a long penis (BPELwise) look way shorter (nbpel).

For the first one everybody knows the solution (diet+exercise), for turkey neck ball stretching may help a bit but surgery seems the best option.


Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

I did get to 6.5 :)

The biggest reason people don’t see PE results is that they are not consistent for months and years with a disciplined plan. Granted it takes a couple years just to figure out what you’re doing.
