I get about a half inch longer in the tube by the end of my session. About 7.75”. It’s awesome.

I wish I couldve continued to hang but I was bruising pretty badly. Its a shame cause I was making the most phenominal and consistant gains of my pe career. I talked to BIB and he flat out advised me NOT to stop. But my ex and I are back together and she’ll be staying with me from June to August so I had to stop due to privacy and healing from bruises. I didnt want to have to explain why my dick looks like its been deep fried then tossed on my George Foreman Grill.

So, Ive swithced to manual stretches. Im healing nicely but Im still pissed. Nothing has given me the gains and EQ that hanging has. I honestly knew that I was gaining with each workout. My night and morning erections were rock solid and throbbing. Some times I wasnt able to sleep because I was so hard. Awe man I miss that feeling.

I cant wait until I can hang again. This time I’ll take it easy and add some pumping to my routine.

That’s pretty good. I’m only about 3/4” to 1/2” in the tube at low pressure. I would say you got some good growth in your future.

You do heavy stretches? What is your routine and what kind of gains have you attained?

Again, what does this mean for gains and how do I cement this?

This is an example of my routine.

1 day. 50 minute stretching and dry jelq at 50% max.
2 day. Pumping 5 hg. 2 x 20 minute sets. 10 minute of squeezes like horses and variations between the sets.
3. day. 20 minute stretching plus pumping.
4 day. rest

I agree with you that exercises like hanging and clamping maybe more effective. But for sure they are also more dangerous.

About my gains I would say that after 2 years and a half or PE they are very good. I am still not a porno star but my principal goal is to maintain my unit in good health.

Also I have the impression that edging is one of the best method to cement your gains.

I have the same feeling — seems like having a hard erection for 30 minutes or so is beneficial, at least for me. So I try to edge on my off days.

Would edging and clamping produce simlar results due to maintaining long erection times?

edging is a safe activity but I don’t think you can make your penis bigger with it.

Clamping is dangerous, very dangerous. But I personally think it is the best method for expanding the tunica. I did it for 8 months, gained almost an inch but also a very bad discoloration.

Now I am pumping for more than a year and I think I have gained no more than 0.25” in girth, but pumping is safer and relaxing than clamping and interesting to say, my discoloration is vanished.

Either what stakool said is correct, or you are not getting a good enough seal. Use more lube.

Gosh, all this babbling about pumping is making me sad that I sold my pump. :( It was just too damn hard to keep secretive. Maybe when I get out of college and have my own place I will pick it up again.

Caveat: I only started PE in mid-December 2007. I only started pumping in late Feb 2008. I did lurk at thunders for over a year before starting — reading everything I could. My main concern was "Can I do PE without hurting my penis?" My penis has given me and others hours of pleasure, so I feel like I owe it a lot. The last think I would want to do is hurt it. From what I read, it seemed like I could make my penis bigger without damaging it. But I consider myself pretty inexperienced so take anything I say with a grain of salt.



Personally, I think it is ‘possible’ that some -incremental- size increases can be gotten from edging and "ballooning." Again, it is just a feeling I have. At the very least I think that it promotes better, harder erections. Which could account for those incremental gains. Kingpole says "a harder penis is a bigger penis" — makes sense doesn’t it.

Even if it is a waste of time, it is fun as hell.

As to clamping, I can’t ever imagine doing it. Like mark001, pumping seems to me the gentlest and safest way to girth. For what it is worth, before I added pumping, I did not get any girth gains.

Here is a real plus for me too. mark001 says that he finds pumping relaxing. So do I - amazingly so. To me it is incredibly calming — I get very mellow. This was a big surprise to me.

Pumping is so relaxing. I think I would pump for non-PE purposes. 10 minute sessions in the pump fly. Clamping on the other hand scares me. A 10 minute clamp session would have me ultra paranoid.

Clamping, I think is just as dangerous as all other forms of PE. As with any of the many methods of PE, you MUST listen to your penis! Otherwise you will injure yourself. Ive clamped on and off since I found out about it in 2005. But it wasnt until this year that I decided to take it seriously. I must also add that I actually made a decision to take PE seriously as a whole.

I clamp safely and always pay attention to how my penis is reacting to the presure. Too much presure can ruin the lil fella —- as with anything else…

Pumping:Too much suction

Hanging: Too much weight

etc.

Anyway, I will say that I cant wait to measure because I know that clamping has helped me gain noticable girth this past month.

PS. pumping is soothing.

I’m also at 7” bp and have been able to reach 8” in the tube for several years with no change to my normal erect length.
My bp stretched flaccid length is 8 ” , which means I loose an inch to girth when I get hard.

I don’t know what it all means, but for me it is not an indicator of future gains, it’s just where I am at now.

For guys like us, that are making PE seriously and for long time, it is very common to have the BPFSL 1+” longer than the BPEL.

Surely one of the reason is that getting hard the penis expands in two directions and not only in one as in the BPSFL fashion.
