A variety of tube sizes - help me plan my routine for maximum growth

Hello everyone. I’d like to request the pumping gurus help in deciding what tube or combination of tubes would be best for me at this stage. I’ve been in and out around here for about a year, so I’m my no means a newbie but I’m being careful working back up since my unplanned deconditioning break. So here’s the story.

My general routine goes something like this now.

10 min warm sock wrap
10 or so minutes manual stretching
(Pumping goes here, I’ll explain)
10-15 minutes wet jelq
Warm shower warm down

I own a set of LA Pump tubes, 1.5 inches, 1.75, and 2” in diameter all with a 9 inch length. As of right now this length is fine for me overall, but I have a question of girth. My problem, as it were is that my mid shaft and head girth is larger than my base girth, probably a result of all the jelqing. At full erection, I pack the 1.5 inch tube easily in my entire shaft except about an inch or two at the base. It’s actually quite difficult to get my penis in when fully erect! I’d like to do something to increase this base girth, as well as my overall girth and length. Should I stay with this tube, even though the majority of my penis packs it at partial erection? My next, 1.75 inch tube I don’t pack at all as of yet, and I’m wondering on any tips to assist in this. I typically pump at 4Hg now for about 10-15 minutes, as I have a medical condition which causes me to bruise easier than normal. I’ve accepted that I tend to get some spots and such at 3 and 4Hg even, and there’s nothing much I can do about it, at least until my heath improves. Oddly enough, when I manage to shoehorn myself into the 1.5inch tube I don’t get any red spots, even at 4Hg. I’m guessing this is because there is no real expansion going on. What do you think I can do to maximize growth? Should I look into adding something else to my routine?

If you are packing the tube at your mid shaft, then the area below that is getting no (or almost no) vacuum, so it is not getting stretched. My first thought was to recommend the larger tube. If you are happy with your baseball bat effect (and certainly some people are) then go with a larger tube. If, on the other hand, you are tying to even things out, this will not work. You need to do something that works on the base of your penis. I owuld read through all of the manual excersizes and see if there is one there. I suspect there is, but I am no expert on the more advanced manual excersizes.

You might also want to work on your jelqing technique. I realized a few weeks ago that I was missing the first inch of so (mostly my “inner” penis), so I now make a point of sliding my hand as far down to the base as I can. I can feel the difference.
