All Day Routine With Jelqs

I’ve just started an all day routine but I don’t have a pump, I’m only doing 50 50%-70% jelqs every 2 hours or whenever I can. Do you think 50 jelqs for each session is sufficient? Also, since this routine is about constant gentle growth, should I do light jelqs, or keep using firm handshake pressure?

The problem I see with that routine is that just when you have gotten everything, warmed up and loose and the blood is flowing, and it is the perfect time to get down to some real exercise, you have hit the 50 jelq limit. It’s like running a marathon, but you stop after you get warmed up. I’m thinking you should stick to a 30 or 40 minute program (or whatever time period you establish) and get the exercise done the right way.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Oh yeah, I should be changing all the time in this schedule to jelqing.

6am… 25 to 50 jelqs and 5 ulis pump for 10 minutes at 4 HG.
8am… pump for 10 minutes at 3 hg
10am.. 25 to 50 jelqs and 5 ulis pump for 10 minutes at 4 HG.
12pm.. pump for 10 minutes at 3 hg
2pm… 25 to 50 jelqs and 5 ulis pump for 10 minutes at 4 HG.
4pm… pump for 10 minutes at 3 hg
6pm… 25 to 50 jelqs and 5 ulis pump for 10 minutes at 4 HG.
8pm… pump for 10 minutes at 3 hg
10pm.. 25 to 50 jelqs and 5 ulis pump for 10 minutes at 4 HG.

How many jelqs equals 10 minutes of pumping?
