Any pumping purist with good gain?

Any pumping purist with good gain?

Has anyone got good gain over time with just pumping only? I’m not a big fan of jelq and thinking about devoting my PE routine to just pumping only. Any thoughts?

I gained 1 inch length pumping only, but I am a fast gainer. I got faster gains combining pumping with manual exercises.

I’m going to join the other guys and say doing both is best. 5 minutes of jelqing to 15 minutes of pumping. So your routine would be jelq/pump/jelq/pump/jelq/pump/jelq. Pumping can stagnate blood in the outer tissues and jelqing gets everything re-oxygenated again.

Experiment with what works best for you. There are no hard and fast rules and my routine changes all the time. Just keep up a consistent schedule and allow for rest days.

I have had good gains in length and thickness, from pumping over a year, i also jelq, and pump,and lots of hot wraps or hot water. it does make a difference.

I sure like hearing these kinds of things. All I am doing at present is pumping some and manual excercises.

When you say jelq, do you mean hand-jelqing or power-jelqing? I have a homemade power-jelq that I’ve been using in-between pumps, but have switched to manual after reading that power jelqing is not beneficial after pumping.

Although it does give you better leverage, the PJ puts all the pressure on the dorsal nerve and the spongiosum. You can turn it sideways, but it is harder to use that way. Hand jelq is better, I think, because it puts all the force on the tougher sides of the tunica. But I agree with what’s been said above, both jelq and pumping go hand in hand. Try to stay hard in the tube, pump blood, not fluid.

Avocet and gprent: I’ve been getting some pretty good results with the Kaplan 3” penis and scrotum cylinder. Seems to be giving me some really good flaccid length gains. This kind of contradicts everything I’ve read about pumping for length. Also, I’ve discovered I can sustain more pressure for longer durations without fluid buildup. Using the 2” cylinder at the same pressure for the same time gives me a doughnut. Have either of you had any experience with these big tubes?

Big Girtha: I recently went to a 2.25 tube from my 2.0 and have noticed reduced fluid build up. I was trying a 30min workout at 5” but minimal milking and just wasn’t getting much pump that would hang around for very long, and very little build up. Now I do 5-7 minutes in the 2” tube to get a nice pump with milking to maintain an erection, starting at 8” let it drop to 6” then pump it back up to 8-9”. This gives a good stretch and really fills out the pecker.

Then I switch to the 2.25” tube and go another 10-13 minutes at the same pressure but not as much milking. When milking the tupe my range of motion is short enough to keep the pressure below 12” on the peaks.

Afterword I give it a good jelqing for a few minutes, rinse and go to work. Today’s pump gave me a nice fat pump with no donut and 9 hours later it’s still rather “full”.

So yes, I’d say that the bigger tube reduces the donut effect because (in my case) when milking with the bigger tube the skin below the glans is not getting moved much which doesn’t migrate the lymph fluid higher up the shaft to cause the donut. I think. :-)

side.Hand jelging i think give you a better work out.

kegel, watch porn etc. You should enter the tube 80 to

90% erect. People on the Betterman.com swear by

the Power Jelg i use it but the first down 10 minuntes

of slow hand jelging.

Don’t get me wrong. The PJ IS a good tool. I think it is over priced. All it is is a can lifter with Pipe insulation, the the concept was pretty innovative. You just have to be careful with it because it puts quite a bit of stress on the dorsal vein, also it seems to work better for me dry or slightly lubed. Too much lube makes it slide to the side. Works pretty well under water in the hot tub, though.

I am wondering if the second cylinder is useful. I have not yet bought one, so I am curious if anyone is using the second cylinder and is having good results.
