Ball sack stretching with pump - need advice

Guys,

I am attempting to stretch my ball sack by using a pump.

I have a 2.25 cylinder for doing this. I have a tough time getting a good seal (maybe a 2 inch would be better).

I would like advice from any of you guys who have successfully stretched your sack to get some low hangers. What was your weekly routine?

How many sets?
How long a set?
What pressure?
How did you get a good seal?
How many times a week did you do your routine?

And anything else you might think of that can help me get a good routine down.

Yes, using a 2.0” diameter cylinder would be easier to pump your ballsac only and to get a better seal when doing so. Also, if you want to stretch out your sac, you may want to consider using a two-stage cylinder which has an opening diameter and then a larger second diameter which allows for much larger ball stretch and expansion. I’ve used both methods with good success, but I now prefer using my two-stage cylinder for ballsac stretching purposes. When using either one of these methods to stretch your sac, keep the vacuum pressure low, i.e. 3” hg or less and shoot for longer times in the tube to get results.
