Ball sack stretching with pump - need advice
Guys,
I am attempting to stretch my ball sack by using a pump.
I have a 2.25 cylinder for doing this. I have a tough time getting a good seal (maybe a 2 inch would be better).
I would like advice from any of you guys who have successfully stretched your sack to get some low hangers. What was your weekly routine?
How many sets?
How long a set?
What pressure?
How did you get a good seal?
How many times a week did you do your routine?
And anything else you might think of that can help me get a good routine down.
