Bathmate crumpling base of penis?

So, when I use it, it seems the base of my penis gets folded in on itself slightly. It’s hard to describe but the rest of my penis comes out a healthy pink but the very base 1-inch is off-white, due to constriction, and when I’ve been in there for 5 - 8 minutes it retains the deformation for perhaps 15 seconds before straightening out. The best way to visualise is that its like a folded accordion to a small degree. Anybody else have this issue and find a way to resolve it?
I do use it at a high pressure sometimes and usually use the BM 3 times per workout; the first for 5 minutes on low - medium pressure, the second for 7 minutes low - medium pressure and then 8 minutes medium 2 minutes – high 1 minute – low 1 minute – cycle once more. It really happens only on the last two sets, longer and higher pressure ones, but I don’t see how its causing my unit to squash itself at the base.

Any advice?

My advice would be to get a real cylinder and a pump with a gauge.

The Bathmate X versions include a gaiter guard sleeve. Accordion wrinkles are common with 1st gen Bathmates and Penomet, which is why I left Penomet behind.

You can try to buy the sleeve from Bathmate and install it. It would be the X30 if they sell that piece.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Its the bathmate x30, made sure it came from a legitimate ‘site as well. Is it not good? I read so many reviews before purchase and the majority did say it was a good pump. What would your recommendation be, Titleist?

Interestingly it is the X30 that I have. But I bought this recently, literally a few weeks ago. It should be a more modern one than a 1st gen.
Is the sleeve worth it? I mean, surely there’s another way without spending more money?

That’s strange. I bought an X30 last summer and it came with the comfort sleeve. It does make a big difference, because the accordion bellows will give you a lot of discomfort. Did you buy it from the bathmate site?

Bathmates are really hit or miss depending who you talk to. Some people swear by them and others swear they’ll never touch them because you can’t monitor pressure levels (no gauge). If you’re pumping until no more water comes out like the manufacturer recommends you’re almost certainly using excessive pressures, especially for someone who’s new.

I’d recommend researching air pumping if this is an avenue you’re interested in pursuing. That said, if you’re only a month or two into PE I would hold off on devices for 6-12 months and work on the newbie routine.

Look at Vacutech cylinders.

Hey oldjake,
Is the comfort sleeve the removable grey inner part? Because I have that and have used it since I bought it
I did, I’m pretty savvy with the internet and made sure it was a legitimate website as well, I know there are plenty of fake ones out there. I did my research and dodged the ones offering discount vouchers and whatever else. I’m pretty confident its from a legitimate seller, I haven’t heard otherwise of this situation happening to people, I’m relatively average sized and the pump is the correct one by their gauge as well so I doubt its a size issue I’m having

You’re spot on from the research I’ve done as well, velhungvhite. Some say they are great and can get permanent gains, some say they are temporary only. I’ve heard more positive than negative though.
I have been pumping until maximum, but I don’t keep it there for long, just a minute before going down to half-pressure, doing 30 kegels and then back up again and repeating several times. Oh, and with hot water. I used to get red pin-prick marks but those stopped when I used hotter water, cool water really wasn’t good. It happened 4 times out out of 6 with the cool water, I stopped using it for a month when on the 6th time using it I got around 10 of them. I came back to it again but used hot water, but not so hot to burn of course, and haven’t had even a dot since.

Air pumping I’m not sure about, I’ve heard more people saying they are temporary than those I have heard say they are permanent. Seeing as I have a BM ill stick to this for a year or so but I am interesting in your opinion on air pumping?

And I know you’re right, I should probably wait but I dove right in and I think I’ve found a balance where I can use it in my own routine. I’m very alert for any PI’s and so far in the past 2 weeks since using the BM again I’ve seen no bad indications at all, so I think for now I shall continue with it but remain vigilant as to the pressure it may exert.

Okay thanks ill check that out. Assuming you use it, would you say its had a role in your impressive gains? And if so, to what extent?

It’s what a attribute most of my length gains to. Well made and very comfortable.

Just an update; I’ve found that rotating the BM 180 degrees has mostly solved this issue. Which is interesting because the previous couple dozen times I’ve used it, this was never an issue. It seems I can also go further into the tube at this angle.

Titleist - thank you for the recommendation, its actually the first I’ve heard about this particular product. I’ll look into it!

Crumpling happening again… After another dozen uses. Ive noticed it sucks up the skin around the base of my penis. I have a turkey-neck and its the slightly excess skin that remains on top of the shaft puffing it out that gets caught. Any advice?

Hey LightningZee,
They sell these comfort pads for the BM, that are these flat black foam pads with a circle cut out that fits the base of your penis. They come in packs of 2, one with a smaller cut out and the other a bit wider. Get the ones for the X30, as they are cut to be the exact diameter of the base of the BM. They keep your turkey neck from creeping in and make a better seal. However, I stopped using mine, because after about three months, they start to warp and then don’t work as well, and need to be replaced. Important thing is to start out a short session at low pressure to adapt, then work up as you get used to it.
