Bathmate rest days
I was just wondering how often do most of you take a rest day? I know I need them but I keep finding myself pushing it. I’m doing 3x5 minute sets with jelquing in between and a lot of hard-core stretches.

I have had a tough time with the bathmate. It seems that every time I take up pumping with it my EQ takes a shit. I would rest every other day if I was pumping. Also, make sure you take it easy. The bathmate has a tendency of making you think you’re not overworking when in reality you are. That’s been my experience with it anyway.

I agreed with Girthgetting!.. the more often you take restdays, the better is your EQ riding along thru your weekly schedule. And as long you have good EQ.. build and strenghten that too. The more you stay in the “gain zone”.
