Better Workout
Seem like couple people have been making gain doing longer time
in the pump at less pressure. Thinking about changing my pumping wo out too:
100 jelq
pump at mod pressure 20-30 min with heating pad
100 jelq
couple sqeezes
I was doing
100 jelq
6-8 pump
50-10 jelq
6-8 pump
50-10 jelq
6-8 pump
50-10 jelq
Any input?
