From the diet, exercise, rest, supplements and cessation of alcohol, i cant say how much of my gains are true newbie gains from PE and how much is due to the other factors… All these other factors especially the supplements increase blood flow , hormone levels, and NOS levels as well… Time will tell, i shall keep you updated…

I think I hurt myself jelqing and stretching too, was really sore after my routine and been really sore post erection for 2-3 days now.

What was your injury ? Did you continue pumping after your injury? I don’t want to totally stop PE and like the feeling of light pumping.

I couldn’t pump after I got my Prince Albert piercing, and after 6 months of healing I tried jelquing and clamping until I squeezed too hard and blew out the piercing. I would spot my underwear, eventually had to stop wearing underwear because the pressure was slowing down the healing. Whenever I got hard I would drip blood. Then once things looked normal I tried pumping and immediately saw blood if I went remotely over 3hg so i kept my sessions low and long.

Now the only real injury I get is chafed skin from not using a silicone gasket with my jar and then immediately putting on a cock ring without giving my skin a break. One of these days I’ll go out and find a proper all day wear ring, but until then ill stick to using silicone rings and taking breaks every hour or so.

I live in a city where if I wanted to get hanging gear I could head on down to the gaybourhood and grab one. It’s just not something I’ve ever been interested in.

As for poppers, they give me something to do during my long sessions. I like the euphoric rush I get, and out encourages me to pump more dynamically. Like cardio, you get faster results with high intensity interval training. It’s a lot easier to get over 10hg for a minute or 2 when you’re high as a kite.

It also adds to the raunchy taboo of it which helps me get hard. Sometimes during a session I’ll get out of the tube for like 10 min to give the skin a rest and use the bathroom. Occasionally I’ll find myself fluffing for like 30 mins and find it very hard to convince myself that I should get back in. Huffing doesn’t make me erect, but it doesn’t really make me flaccid either. It just turns the edging down from a 10 to a 4. I’ll also huff during sex if I feel like I’m going to cum too fast; it makes things more trantric and sensual instead of like a race to see who cums first.

Is it normal that after 10 minutes of pumping if you want to stop it’s a struggle to get the penis out of the rubber thing from the bottom unless you open up and let the rubber thing out alittle bit, but when you do that , my penis starts to goes back to its flaccid size .one last question, Should I release cum as soon as I’m done pumping ? I don’t actually use a rubber seal that many others use so I’ve never experienced the problem.

If you are trying to get a larger penis I would say try to abstain from cumming and instead massage/jelq. Better blood flow, better gains. Just my opinion.

Do you guys oil your penis and balls up after a pumping session? I have jojoba and coconut oil that I can use.

I use coconut oil as lube when I pump and l rub it in when I massage afterwards. Keeps everything nice and soft.

Which cock ring would you prefer while pumping . That way once you take off the pump, it’s like you never taken it off. Or is there anything else I can do because when I pump it gains almost an inch in length , could there be a problem with blood flow for me ?

I don’t use a ring when I pump. After pumping I get erect and place a cut sleeve (3/4” or so) at the base. I always edge for at least a minute or to after.

I don’t know man. Could be bloodflow. Could be a lot of other things. If your member looks kind of deflated while erect It’s pretty safe to assume you have some blood flow problems, but you’d have to post pics of your member somewhere to give others a better idea.

This is a broad question but if your blood vessels are healthy and your diet good than it’s most likely a nerve / muscle related issue.

Exercise, good diet, maybe some vitamins that promote blood flow. Smoking = bad. Alcohol = bad.

Light jelqing and/or light pumping will also help.
