Hello.
I received my DP4000 and like it a lot. I can’t seem to save a pattern to the device though. Any pointers? Also, are you supposed to be able to press play on the software and the device starts? Mine doesn’t.

I have a dp-4000 as well. I had to contact CTC to get the software to download as the one on his site did not work
You can save the settings by clicking on the button icon on the bottom right. I forgot how the image looks like since I’m not at home but yeah you can save endless patterns. Please do share your combination what worked for you.
The software is located on the main website if your computer does not have a CD-ROM. That is what I downloaded and yes you are suppose to start the pump using the software. The software gives you a graph of how good of a suction you are having etc.
