Do you know what kind if material the cylinder are of? It’s defiantly not glass. I want to cut the cylinder at the opening (where you put your dick in) in a 45 degree, slanting angle. My dick stands 12 o`clock when erect and it’s impossible to bend down to 3 o`clock, an angle the cylinder needs to get a usefully sealing.

They are made from a plastic polymer. You could cut it with a fine saw blade like a hack saw.

I would suggest using a belt sander/table sander and work the cylinder to the angle you are looking for. I think you will end up ruining it if you try to saw. Just my .02.

Cut one on my bandsaw a couple weeks ago. Standard blade that came with the saw, 7 teeth per inch. Cut like butter. You’d have to emery cloth it, and you’d lose that nice flange.

Man, I can never take close up pictures without them being blurry. Too much coffee?

How clean got the cut ?

Very clean. Easy to finish off with light, fine sandpaper. Again, without that flange though, it will be a lot less comfortable on the pubic region. I haven’t had time to finish playing with my experiment yet so I haven’t tried it yet.

WOW, if that is the cylinder length you need, you really do need PE. :D

when I made my cylinder from an aquarium gravel cleaner, I had to cut the end off because that one came at an angle on the end. After I cut it, I sanded it down, but then I put a bead of silicon around the end, and let it dry for 24. It’s really comfortable during my pumping sessions.

Latency: Why don’t you just E-Mail LAPUMPS. The guy there is really helpful. Tell him your concerns. I’d bet he would advise you how to alter the tube shape and get your flared base back. It can be done easily with a temp controling hotplate and wooden dowel—Much like glass blowing. Write him.

That sound VERY expensive. I have thought about smelting back the base but I don’t have the equipment so I’m not going to do it. Just get a angle, a use some sandpaper to get the cut cleaner. Now, lets hope things go well. I’m a little sceptical.

No No Latency—Write him…He may tell YOU how to alter the cylinder….Didn’t mean to imply that you have to send it back to California. Plastic is very malable. It can be done fairly easily but YOU would need a heat source like a butane torch, bunsun burner, those propane torches would do a fantastic job. The secret is to NOT get too close to the plastic, protect everything except the flaring angle with a wet cloth, a vise to hold the cyliniger, a dowel to insert into cylinder, and a large heavy metal tool to hold the heat—(I know what these are but won’t try to explain), plenty of time because it’s a slow process. BUT You could do it—it’s not rocket science.
