Fluid Retention Desired

I was wondering if fluid retention is desirable? I’ve never seen my dick that big almost .7” girthier from the fluid retention. It was insane. I did not know my dick could get that big, but it was lovely to see.

From all I have read people usually want to minimize fluid retention. Any reason why? Does it not contribute to gains further down the line from greater expansion?

Some fluid retention is desired because , as you mentioned, the fluid increases the girth and volume of your shaft, which temporarily provides you with a larger erect penis. Too much fluid, however, results in a spongy erection which many men find undesirable for sex - like working with a nice semi. You need to find a good balance between girth and hardness. If I am pumping for sex, I personally like the quality of my penis after 10 minutes at 4 hg. If I go for 30 minutes, it really shows nice and thick, but it is too soft for pleasurable sex. Keep in mind that I have been pumping for over a year so my dick is conditioned to reach ideal size and quality in 5 - 10 minutes. In the beginning, you may need more time in the tube to reach your “ideal” erection. It’s basically a lot of trial and error.
