Pumping by itself is likely not permanent. Added jelqing and other exercises builds off the “false gains” that come from pumping. This is the BIG reason why I combine pumping, clamping and jelqing. This is also the same reason why I don’t try sadsak slinky’s or head squeezes (too much).

For what it is worth I believe a combination of pumping and jelqing is responsible for most of my girth gains. Before I pumped, I did not make girth gains.

At some point, I had to quit pumping for privacy reasons, the girth remained. I hardly ever get to pump any more. So as far as I am concerned I have received permanent gains from pumping.

maybe I should just invest only in the head pump cylinder and use that as my only pumping item. Maybe that will stick! Screw the rest of the shaft girth!

Where I’m in full agreement with you on the added exercises, from my own experience I’d have to disagree that pumping isn’t likely permanent- at least sort of disagree. I think it’s about as permanent as anything else is. They weren’t kidding around when they came up with the old saying “Use it or lose it”; after a separation which I had not wanted, I just wasn’t interested in dating again for a long time- like 6 years long. (It started that way, so I threw myself into work and projects and ended up so busy I later just didn’t have the time) I wasn’t very active with masturbating either; I just wasn’t interested, and one day it dawned on me that everything had just shrunk away during that time while I wasn’t paying attention. So what you were given naturally ain’t too permanent, either. It’s taken me quite a while to find the right balance in activity to begin seeing some decent return to ‘normal’ (and hopefully a little extra), and it wasn’t until I learned the simplicity of how pumping worked that I had much luck at all. For me, pumping isn’t really about the immediate results after a session; pumping for me is the tool I’m using to exercise and open veins and passages to increase blood flow and capacity and to stretch and work the tissues so that the overall capacity is greater normally, without pumping. It’s not for the impatient, that’s for sure, takes a while to see things start moving but with moderation and consistency, and staying in tune with where you need (or want) to focus your energy, it’s brought better results for me than anything else I’ve tried.

to be online here much lately. I hope that anything that I can offer in way of my experience with pumping will be of some help.
I am by no means an expert, for I have relied on many here for my information and advice, and I will always be thankful to them.

I will always be thankful that I went ahead and spent the money for my LAP (lapdist.com) pump, regular cylinder, and also their
Mushroom Head Maker (MHM) cylinder.

I started pumping shortly after I began PE exercises…stretching and jelqing….therefore, PEing and pumping (with a regular cylinder)
have been done together from almost the very beginning. I learned early not to over pump, which can (and usually does) cause fluid
build up when one over pumps at too high an Hg….and which can cause you to end up with a fat, and pretty damn ugly appendage.

Later I started pumping with the MHM and that caused me to experience extra ordinary sensitivity in the glans…..which was a worry
at first until I was told by my doctor that it was not a problem. So, I stopped worrying and learned to enjoy it…and still do. This
extra sensitivity has added a special plus and enjoyment to those special times when I need it. :)

It has been mentioned by some that you can develop red spots or a darkening of the skin….well I have never had spots and there
has never been a change in skin color. I can believe, however, that if you over pump that these things can happen, but I have not
experienced them.

I will say that the gains that I have obtained from pumping (along with PEing) have been permanent. Especially in the glans due to the
pumping with the MHM. I have gained greatly in girth and that girth seems to be staying with me even when I am on the road and am
unable to keep to my regular routine. Both while flaccid and when erect. I do, however, believe that less its better than more when it
comes to pumping….or at least it is with me. Warm ups and Warm downs are very important….and long rests to regenerate tissues
between sessions. I am now pumping only 2 times a week. On those days I pump with the regular cylinder in the morning and then with
the MHM in the evening. Never over 5Hg. I do the regular PEing three other days. But, with lots of rest between pumping sessions.

I know that the price for the cylinders are expensive, but in the case of LA, they are custom made (especially the MHM cylinder) and they
are of the highest quality….but, you get what you pay for. Quality is not cheap!

Unless you experience HUGE gains in girth, I don’t believe that one will outgrow a cylinder for a long time. I believe the cylinder is for
length more than for girth anyway….so if you out grow a cylinder because of the length…..well, that should be a good thing!!
If you order the correct diameter cylinder, then you should have plenty of room to grow. I believe Jelqing and pumping is best for girth.

The MHM maker is different….that I don’t think you will ever grow out of. The bottom cylinder is custom made to your shaft length
(Bone Pressed when erect to under the glans) so the head will be only in the top cylinder.
If you outgrow a MHM, you would probably be able to enter the Guinness Book of World Records….

I started pumping after an accident and had developed ED. The doctors suggested PE (Thunders Place) for exercises and also Pumping.
I now no longer have ED and and I think I am a lot healthier because of PE and Pumping….especially in that area anyway.

Glad you chimed in. I remember reading your posts looking for clues to how your experience had been. Do you think now, after over a year of using the MHM, your glands are noticeably bigger then the rest of your shaft when erect and flaccid?

Yes, the glans are definitely bigger and are noticeably bigger…..both erect and flaccid.
I have gained the following:
EL 1.187 (from 4.438 to 5.625)
EG 2.125 (from 3.750 to5.875)
Fl .875 (from 3.750 to 4.625)
FG 2.313 (from 3.500 to 5.813)

I did not measure my glans when I started, only much later when I noticed how much larger they had become.

Now my erect glans “girth” is 6.000+ …much larger than my erect shaft…which was never the case before.

My flaccid glans “girth” is about 5.875…and has remained at that state for about 4 or 5 months. The difference is
actually more noticeable than the erect glans girth. I believe this is due to the difference in e flaccid shaft girth.
Before, my glans were quite small in comparison with my either the erect or flaccid shaft. So, yes…I attribute this
to the MHM completely. I am happy with it….no complaints.

Thanks for chiming in here. I figured the effects of a head enlarger pump would be permanent and beneficial, but I didn’t know the best route to take as far as what I’m already doing and overtraining. What do you think about this pump:

What was your time in the MHM and was their any difference in the time it took to see results in the head from the rest of the shaft. What I mean is, do you get reuslts in the head quickly, or about as fast as you get results from regular pumping?

I couldn’t get the site to work,so I am not sure what it is….but I decided long ago that I would only purchase items of good quality,
not just in regard to PE stuff….and so for me….lapdist is for me.

I cannot stress to strongly not to over pump….and not to go over 5Hg….even though sometimes I don’t take my own advise and
go to 7Hg. If I do, it is only for a minute or two.

At present, I do this on Tuesdays and Thursdays:
1) First I warm up with my rice sox for about 10 minutes before I ever start pumping….regular cylinder or the MHM.
2) pump with the MHM, at 5Hg, for about 10 minutes
3) Rest for about 10 minutes
4) pump again at 5Hg for 10 minutes
5) do a warm down for 10 minutes.

Rest for about 20 minutes
6) warm up again with rice sox
7) pump at 5Hg for 10 minutes.
8) rest for about 10 minutes
9) pump at 5Hg for 10 minutes
I finish with a 10 minute warm down, including a massage through the warm rice sox.

No, glans results was not immediate…..it was about the 4th or 5th month that I began to notice the glans gains were
beginning to become somewhat permanent…..it does fluctuate from time to time, but pretty much stays constant now.
It was much quicker than the results gained from the regular cylinder.

From what I remember he did not find it very helpful. I think it would be best not to waste money on it, maybe save up for the MHM. Because Panos is making that thing sound just terrific!

I used to just wrap my shaft up to the head to keep it (the shaft) from expanding, and just use my regular tube.

Just remember, because it’s custom made, if you gain length the cylinder won’t fit properly and you’ll have to order a new one.

Have you reached your desired length yet?

If not, I’d recommend saving your money for now and sticking with manual exercises until you’re ready for the MHM.
