I need some sort of routine!

About 4 months ago I bought a quality pump from lapdist, and I have been using it more or less every day since, with pumping sessions sometimes lasting almost 90 min. I like the feeling of pumping, I like the fast results (although not permanent), and I like that it allows you to be busy doing something else at the same time.
I dont use lube when I pump, and I dont warm-up before starting. Now, my penis looks like its been run over by a car (blue/black/purple-ish). I have not noticed any permanent gains, and my erections are not very good.
I need structure, I need a routine to follow, or I will probably end up hurting my self.
It would be so great if an experienced PE:er could help me composing this routine, it wouldn’t take you 5 min, and maybe some other noob pumpers could benefit from it as well. I want to PE 5 days a week, and rest on the weekends. I want to spend 30-45 min on PE (non-resting days). I dont care much about length gains, so unless it helps overall gains somehow, I dont see any need for doing stretching.
Routine:
Warm up, is it really necessary? What should I do and for how long time?
First PE exercise. Pumping first or jelqing first? Time?
Second PE exercise? Time?
Third PE exercise? (if needed) Time?
Cool-down? (do I really need that?)
Time all together including eventual warm up and cool down: 30-45 min. Same routine all week or should I change it somehow every day?
Resting days:
Should I do any stretching, light jelqing etc for “maintenance”, or just let it rest?
I know that there are routines for newbies already, but they dont include pumping.
Anyways guys, please someone help me with this. Im not good taking initiative, but I am good at following lead. And if someone experienced just could help me composing this routine, I would follow it or die trying!
