I think I am gonna abandon pumping
For a little while. I seem to get lymph buildup very easy from pumping no matter the hg (3-3.5) this combined with clamping really gets the lymph going after a workout. I noticed if I skip the pumping I go 4*10 clamping without to much buildup. If I include the pumping I can barely get to 3 before I have to tap out because of excessive buildup. I think I am going to skip the pumping for some time and just increase the clamping sets. Jelqing in between sets for 5 minutes keeps it under some control but not enough. The lymph buildup depresses me because it doesn’t stick around LOL
