In two weeks I’ll be adding a pumping session to my routine that currently consists of extending and manual stretching.
The order of my daily schedule will be:
warmup with rice sock
Extend for 2h
Manual stretch for 5-10 mins
Rice sock
Extend for 1h30m
Manual stretch for 5-10 mins
Rice sock
Extend for 1h30m
Rice sock
Pump for 20-30 mins
Finished
Repeat 2on1off2on2off
